I have nothing but praise for Gem, the team and the salon. I had come to Plymouth on a day trip from my rural home town over 100 miles away to find a wig. I had not realised how involved buying a wig would actually be and had no idea I would need an appointment to see someone, The store I had traveled to did not have any wigs and the sales lady could see i was very upset. She recommended GG's and found me the number. .. After talking to Gem, she realised my disappointment and managed to slot me in and see me later that day , Gem was welcoming and friendly and gave me loads of informative advice about wigs. Very luckily , she had a real hair wig in stock which was a perfect fit , but the wrong colour, She then gave me colour samples and said it could be coloured and styled to what I wanted. I was over the moon. The following week I made the 200 mile round trip again to collect my wig. I am so pleased with it, It is perfect and has given me confidence again to go out in public.Hopefully this wig will last quite some time but I will definitely be going back when i need a new one. I cant thank you all enough. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a wig.

Today I had my course learning how to fit three different methods of hair extensions: nano ring, micro ring and tape hair. Gemma is fantastic, such a great trainer, very informative & makes you feel so at ease and welcome. The speed of the course is perfect especially if you haven’t got a hairdressing background this is no issue at all. Would definitely highly recommend to anybody considering this career path.

Had my first ever set of extensions put in today by Gemma, had a flat track weave fitted and I love it! It was my Christmas present from my partner and I’m over the moon with it, Gemma went out of her way to ensure the colour matched my hair perfectly by trying a new company to get the correct shade, Chloe trimmed my hair and she did an amazing job! The girls were very professional yet made me so comfortable and relaxed, I love my final look and would 100% recommend to anybody!

After looking around for a new salon when I moved to Plymouth I was suggested GG's and stuck with them since. I had extensions fitted for the first time with them and will continue to use them even now that I have moved out of Plymouth. The atmosphere is friendly and you immediately feel comfortable. Never had any problems with my extensions or any other treatments I have had there. Would highly recommend

I've always wanted extensions that I don't have to remove each evening so as long as I can remember, like every other girl I've over bleached my hair to point of it falling out. I had it all cut off and I literally hated my life but I booked in with Gemma she made miracles happen. I currently have a 16 inch weave that's impossible to remove unless Gemma does it herself, they are AMAZING. Amazing quality hair, and my natural hair is actually growing out with them so I'm slowly but surely mending my hair but it would be impossible without the salon. To anyone thinking of extensions but aren't too sure, just get yourself in.

I knew as soon as I'd sat down and I was offered a wine or a lager that this was going to be a great experience!!! I'm so nervous when using a new salon - a woman's hair is her pride and joy after all - a bad colour or cut can ruin your day/week/month/year; but I needn't have worried. Stylist Abi achieved the colour I wanted and curled it beautifully for my night out. The price included Olaplex which is literally like a magic potion for your hair - leaving it strong with no breakage. I've had lots of compliments since having it done - highly recommended

A few years ago I ventured into the GG's store in hope for some hair extensions and was amazed at how much information was provided and how well the staff take care of their clients! The ladies went above and beyond to help me and to explain all the options - I felt so uplifted and I booked in straight away. The extensions we're so thick and lush and of excellent quality - on top of having a really pleasant and warming introduction to the salon. You can really trust the ladies to do exactly what you ask for and more!
This year I also followed my hairdresser Lauren to GG's Hair and Beauty Salon. Lauren has been my hairdresser for over 2 years now and I honestly wouldn't go to anyone else if I could! She is so talented and does wonders! The salon itself is so welcoming and friendly, all of the lovely ladies are polite and chatty. You leave with a great feeling - all whilst having a new doo! I'd recommend Lauren's hairdressing and the salon to anyone. Thanks so much! 5*

I have nothing but praise for Gem, the team and the salon. I had come to Plymouth on a day trip from my rural home town over 100 miles away to find a wig. I had not realised how involved buying a wig would actually be and had no idea I would need an appointment to see someone, The store I had traveled to did not have any wigs and the sales lady could see i was very upset. Absolutely in love with my new hair not only did I receive excellent quality but was also made to feel extremely welcome I would 100% recommend to friends and family, the new finance scheme is also a massive bonus!

I've always wanted extensions that I don't have to remove each evening so as long as I can remember, like every other girl I've over bleached my hair to point of it falling out. I had it all cut off and I literally hated my life but I booked in with Gemma she made miracles happen. I currently have a 16 inch weave that's impossible to remove unless Gemma does it herself, they are AMAZING. Amazing quality hair, and my natural hair is actually growing out with them so I'm slowly but surely mending my hair but it would be impossible without the salon. To anyone thinking of extensions but aren't too sure, just get yourself in.

I knew as soon as I'd sat down and I was offered a wine or a lager that this was going to be a great experience!!! I'm so nervous when using a new salon - a woman's hair is her pride and joy after all - a bad colour or cut can ruin your day/week/month/year; but I needn't have worried. Stylist Abi achieved the colour I wanted and curled it beautifully for my night out. The price included Olaplex which is literally like a magic potion for your hair - leaving it strong with no breakage. I've had lots of compliments since having it done - highly recommended

A few years ago I ventured into the GG's store in hope for some hair extensions and was amazed at how much information was provided and how well the staff take care of their clients! The ladies went above and beyond to help me and to explain all the options - I felt so uplifted and I booked in straight away. The extensions we're so thick and lush and of excellent quality - on top of having a really pleasant and warming introduction to the salon. You can really trust the ladies to do exactly what you ask for and more!
This year I also followed my hairdresser Lauren to GG's Hair and Beauty Salon. Lauren has been my hairdresser for over 2 years now and I honestly wouldn't go to anyone else if I could! She is so talented and does wonders! The salon itself is so welcoming and friendly, all of the lovely ladies are polite and chatty. You leave with a great feeling - all whilst having a new doo! I'd recommend Lauren's hairdressing and the salon to anyone. Thanks so much! 5*
