I would like to say a big Thank you to all the wonderful ladies at The Matrix Spa. My daughter and I both had appointments at the same time to have manicures for a special vacation we were leaving for the next day. Our nails came out beautiful thanks to Rachel & Kaitlin. We also both left feeling even more relaxed thanks to Kara with her complimentary shoulder massage while we were having our nails done. Again Thank you all!

I went to The Matrix Spa today for the first time. I was greeted right as I walked in the door by Erica who was extremely friendly. She offered me water or something else to drink. The atmosphere was relaxing and clean. The Massage Therapist, Kara was friendly, professional and most importantly on time. She was extremely attuned to my needs. The massage room was very relaxing and clean. Melissa, the Spa Owner took time to introduce herself and make me feel welcome. I would highly recommend The Matrix to everyone. I will definitely be back.
