I went and got my nails done today, after waiting a long time, my nails were done very badly, thin and the way the nail varnish was applied was terrible there is gaps, bubbles in it and uneven! I wouldn’t recommend nail art. Read Less

This was my first visit today and I was made to feel really welcome and put at ease the staff were really chatty and fun I was asked throughout my cut if I was Happy and if I wanted to go shorter or stay with the minimum cut off to tidy it up. I have long hair that I have been trying to grow out old layers and with the help and advice of the stylist I have come away with the evidence of the layers gone and a neet and tidy head of mid length shinny hair thanks loads see you again soon. They do a good job on your nails only problem is that you can be seen straight away or you can wait 1hr 20 to be seen.i have walked out after waiting over 1hour. Used to have loads of staff now down to 2 not good. Not good people don't have 2hrs to get infill. Read Less

Went there to get my nails infilled was waitin an hour and half, I go to pay and normally infills are £16 and it was stated on the pricing board £16, the woman says to me £25.... £25 for infills!!! I could have got a fresh set. She never gave me a reason for it either. The length are equal nore the shape. Disappointed Read Less

I had my hair cut about a week ago, and I hadn't been to this hairdresser before, needless to say it was such a good experience! A lady called Sarah cut my hair and she was ever so friendly! I often find the conversation/general chat in he hairdressers a little awkward but she was ever so friendly and genuinely interested with the customer which is such a good thing to see! I just wanted to say a massive thank you to Donna for doing such a fab job on my hair. After having a baby 4 weeks ago my hair has been in a terrible state with it snapping off and not growing due to my pregnancy. Donna recommended cutting it short to my healthy hair instead of just trimming it to encourage my hair to grow. This was a Big deal for me as I've not had my hair this short since primary school. Whether it be the polite caring welcome from the staff, the cleanliness and bling of the beautifully modern salon in particular the attention to every detail for the benefit of the customers. It's all the little things that make a big difference, from things like the decor, drinks menu to the huge range of styles colours and innovative ideas when it comes to having that "new look". The staff are ext...remely professional and experienced and will literally take the time to make sure that you leave with the perfect look. Especially if you are like me and sometime want a change but don't know what. Here you are in safe hands. I trust them all. In addition to this, the staff are very accommodating and will go that extra mile to try and fit you in and make life easier. There are fantastic treatments available in the treatment room too from micro blading, eye treatments, waxing, ear piercing and most importantly BOTOX! Yay! I live in Carmarthen and have battled to find a hair dressers for years, all I have tried in town just don't do what I want and are crazily overpriced.
