Misrepresented Groupon for a full set of lashes... they are cluster lashes. 6 clusters fell out within 2 hours and they are all bent and creased from sleeping in them one night. Do NOT expect real eyelash extensions from here. They are appalling. Follow up: The worst excuse for lash extensions. I purchased a Groupon representing a full set of lash extensions to later arrive and find out these are cluster lashes ( yes the $4 pack of cluster lashes you can buy from any grocery ...store) that are heavy clumped onto your eyes which within a matter of four days had matted together and ripped several of my Real lashes out. If that doesn't scare you- it can take 1 to 6 months for your real lash to grow back once it's been ripped out. I know because I've spent days researching topical products to regrow my eye lashes after this salon did a complete botched job. I went to Groupon to try out a new place, never again. DO NOT GO HERE FOR LASHES. Had lashes on for less than 4 days and mid night I would have to get up and try to comb through the matted glue because my eyelids were so wrecked. I've had professional lash extensions dozens of times in the past and what this salon tries to pass off as extensions is infuriating. I went to the greyhound pass location for eyelash extensions and they bent up/melted on the ends while stove top and oven cooking. I went back and they agreed to remove them for free but refused to refund me. Read Less

I normally don't leave negative reviews, but I was truly upset by the service. I was attended to promptly, but my technician didn't do a good job. First off, she attempted to make a FaceTime call while trying to soak off my previous manicure. She then asked what I wanted done. I told her I'd like to keep the length, but to clean them up. She simply scraped off the old polish & repainted them. I had to tell her multiple times that she missed spots/she was painting over dust/fu...zz/hair. Also, my nails don't normally chip nor does the polish wear off quickly. Both are happening less than a week later. The only time she talked to me (other than stated above) was to tell me how much I owed. I still tipped (I'm a waitress so I never DON'T tip on anything, ever.) However I will not be back, I'll return to Venus Nails on 146th. (They were completely booked & I needed my nails done for an even or I would have waited.). This salon has the worst customer service ever. I went in today to have a pedicure. One of the technicians asked why I was there when I entered and I told her. I picked a color and sat down. Another technician asked me to sit in one of the pedicure chairs and soak my feet. After about 20 minutes, the original technician came to me, said that they were about to close and that they couldn't do my nails. She said that I'd have to come back tomorrow. Lovely pedi service, gel nails that don't chip, lift, or wear for at least 2 weeks (3, but mine grow so quickly I can't go that long between) and I love the fact they have exact matching UV setting gel and regular polish, bc I like gel on my fingers and polish on my toes and an exact match :) friendly service; im nee in town so ive only been 3 times but they definitely have my continued service! Not only is this facility clean and esthetically pleasing, the service was so friendly and I felt very welcomed. Make sure when you're paying with a card here, you have cash to tip with. The card machine they use doesn't leave you with an option to tip. Read Less

I went to the shop off 146th and it was a beautiful place, very clean. They have 12 wonderful massage pedicure chairs and 6 nail tables. Joshua was very personable and friendly and speaks great English; of course they did speak to each other in Vietnameese.. I would speak English in Vietnam. All three workers were friendly and spoke to me. I was in and out in an hour for a mani-pedi. I used a groupon and it was an excellent buy! Read Less

Worst experience ever. I went in for a pedicure and fill in. I sat in cold pedicure water for 20 minutes for a 10 minute pedicure. They didn't have any matte colors for my fill and I was told the coffin shape would like "stupid" on my hands. I left after the pedicure and took my business somewhere else for my fill. I also watched a high school girl be charged $18 more for a gel fill when that wasn't what she wanted. I will never give them my business and I work in the service industry in Carmel and plan to make sure none of my quests are subject to this sort of treatment. Read Less
