Location is always clean, ambient music, very friendly and talented nail technicians. Comfortable pedicure chairs, great massages. A little on the pricier side, but the service and quality is second to none. My sister and I come every 2 weeks and we wouldn't go anywhere else. Read Less

Went here yesterday for the first time, I didn't have an appointment but they were able to take me. I got a fill plus 2 nails fixed, they were very fast but by the end of last night the nail polish on both my thumbs are lifting! So the search for good nail salon continues. Read Less

The women working at the shop do excellent work. The male behind the counter is rude and confrontational with his customers. Everytime I go in he quotes me 2 hours and tells me not to wait and when I do it only takes 20-25 minutes to be seen. I went in today for a color change (after 12 days my nails needed fixing ) so I said I didn't think I needed a fill . They charged me 25$ to paint my nails and when I asked how much a fill would have been it was only 3$ more. They said it was my fault for not asking . I was embarrassed and actually started to cry. He told me not to pay and go get out and not come back . I gave my nail tech 10$ and left. I will not go back and I am telling all of my friends not to either. Read Less

First time I came here there was a misunderstanding. My daughter was called to get her nails done at the hello kitty chair. Without us knowing there was another person ahead of us. He told her to get off. No big deal he could have done it a better way. We went there again. I had mix feeling about going in but I wanted to respect my daughters wishes she earned a trip to get her nails done. As soon as we walked in he looked at my 4 year old and said "we don't have time for you"... he left my daughter in tears you don't say something like that to a child or to anyone. I understand times get busy but he could have gone a different approach. But there is a silver lining. Because they refused to take my daughter or to even write her name on the list, we found a new location in Winchester. I haven't had one bad nail person yet.... but my favorite is Tina... she is very good and that saying a lot since I'm extremely picky when it comes to my nails and that I had a long standing relationship (30 years) with another nail salon but found that Perfect 10 has more variety when comes to nail colors and nail trends Read Less
