Wouldn’t recommend as I waited 2 hours to have my acrylic nails done, and then the man doing mine was told to calm down as he having a complete Melt down because people we were seating and not enough staff! I wouldn't even give them 1 star but I had too! They were terrible in there, you have to add another £25 for shellac which I wasn't going to pay! The nails were vile also only lasted about 4 days maybe less! I would never go here again! Rubbish customer service aswell!!Read Less

Absolutely shocked at how bad their customer service is. Been going here for months getting shellac, 2 weeks into one set they started turning brown. Went in to either get a new set or just removed and was told I've clearly been around lots of hair dye and that if I wanted them removed or a new colour I'd have to pay?!?! They offered to re paint the brown ones to which I declined as they would clearly go brown again! After having a 5 minute debate that I have not dyed my hair, they agreed to taken them off and then bitched about me to other customers! Read Less

Been having regular lash extension and decided to try out new places for lash extension. Was disappointed with the skills of the lash technician as they left a very thick layer of glue on my natural lashes and weighing it down hurting my eyes. When I went back the next day to ask them for removal they told me to come back at the end of the day as they are busy which is very irresponsible as I'm leaving for the weekend and can't afford the delay. Had to remove it elsewhere and clumps of glue were still stuck to my natural lashes and most of my natural lashes fell off. Would not recommend anyone to get their lashes done there and I'll never go for any of their over priced sub par quality services. Read Less

Have had mani & pedi here several times, the shellac mani is very good & lasts well but the cuticle work is less impressive. Comfortable spa chairs for pedis and moderate-good finish. Quality is lower when they are busier so best to time it right. I turned up last week at 5:30pm on a Saturday with my mum for 2 mani/pedis and they fit us in, staying open late to finish up. The owners are the best, so ask for them specifically. Conclusion; Have been here about 5 times over the past 18 months and it's a bit hit &miss but pretty good for the price and speed. Read Less
