I was waiting an hour just to get my nails done and the quality of my nails were absolutely disgraceful!! I asked the lady for manicure and the quality of it was so bad that I will never ever go back in there. I didn't even get a cosmetic treatment of the hands in which I payed for involving shaping and often painting of the nails,,I got my nails painted and when I got up they were all smudgy even when I had my hands under the heater for 30 mins !!!! I wanted the lady to remove the cuticles and to softening the skin and walked out with the same hands I walked in with!! So I payed more money and went to five star nails which are located in Torquay!! Going from here to 5 star nails .. You can defiantly tell the difference about the customer service and how customers are treated and how good the quality nails are!!! I never write bad reviews but I felt like I needed to write one as I have never even been to a nail salon as bad as this one... I was going to start going here then go to five star nails as I live in Exeter but it's so worth going all the way to Torquay because the service in 5 star nails is outstanding ... I went to Nails4u to have my thumb nail strengthened. It was done very quickly and painfully with the final finishing being aggressively filed on the sides which took several days to stop hurting. The Finnish is lumpy and uneven. I would never go there again. To add to it all the smell of chemicals is almost overpowering. Read Less

I have always been very happy with the quality and service. I definitly prefer this shop to the other one called "American Nails" which is close by. However, I would recommend to go to one of the ladies and not the men because they somehow work more carefully and pay more attention to the details.Read Less
