Paid £63 for a Manicure and luxury Pedicure. As my feet were already in the bowl and water was being poured in, the Technician asked if it was too hot. Good job it wasn't or that would have been sore. With the Pedicure, I was supposed to have a massage, but a quick rub of each foot for 10 seconds didn't quite do it. When putting my foot into the heated booties, I burnt my inner foot as it was too hot and not checked before putting my foot in. Once leaving the Salon, I got home to find so much top coat was applied, it seaped onto the sidewalls of my toes and started peeling, taking some colour with it. After day 3 on my fingers, Shellac started to chip. I messaged them on facebook and the reply I got was not very warm. I went back in to get it sorted as I was off on holiday abroad the next day. And sat in the Salon for 15 mins with no offer of a drink, while other customers were. Now I know I was not paying on that day. But I had paid £63 already, and not feeling a valued customer, as I probably paid more than the customers sat there. One of the Nail Techs came over took a look and said I should have left it for them to sort out. It didn't take much for it to peel as beyond anyones control..But being a CND nail tech myself...if I can not sort it to a satisfactory state, they wouldn't. Then told they will see if they have time to sort it. Now, the reception I got was quite cold and I felt awkward sat in the Salon. It was excellent! High quality, good service and nice atmosphere for reasonable price! Leanne is really a professional! She did my nails very carefully and gently. I got my eyebrows done in between appointments not being booked in advance. On top I got a nice chat and a cup of tea :))) Booked back in for 2 weeks time for pedicures as well! Read Less

Second visit to Chloe today, am really impressed with how well the shellac polish stayed put the first time around. My hardest decision today was what colour to choose??? That wasn't too difficult as Chloe suggested a lilac/pink shimmer with a layer of glitter on my ring fingers, fantastic recommendation, I love it. Read Less
