I have used the Plymouth Arch Angelz a couple of times and was due to go today for a prebooked appointment only to find the salon is apparently shut on a Tuesday. I am annoyed I was booked in on a day they aren't open. It completely mucked my other morning plans and I am very disappointed that I can't now have my lashes done for my holiday tomorrow. Has put me off going back .

Really disappointed. I've been trying to thicken my brows for a year - finally reached a thickness I was happy with and the beauty therapist, after doing a small amount of threading, spent an equal amount of time tweezing away 12 months' worth of hair, leaving me with the skinny brows I started with! I had had a good experience a few months earlier but definitely won't risk going back as the standard clearly varies significantly! If you do choose to come here make sure you clarify with the staff what you want.

I came into arch angelz for a prebooked appointment for 3.00. As I was speaking to the beautician the time changed from 3.04 - 3.05. The woman told me that I would not be able to be seen today as ther...
I came into arch angelz for a prebooked appointment for 3.00. As I was speaking to the beautician the time changed from 3.04 - 3.05. The woman told me that I would not be able to be seen today as there was someone booked after my appointment - which would have been an hour - and that it would completely mess up the later appointment... by those 4 minutes. She then informed me that if I wanted to come again and I was going to be late she would appreciate if I phoned. I didn't realise they ran on such a tight, cement schedule, yet I am also to blame partly - turning up 4 minutes late clearly has dangerously reverberating consequences for them. The woman I was speaking to not only spoke down to me, but was condensing and generally unpleasant. Will be staying away from them in the future, and recommend others to do the same.

Rude Staff. Beware, they have deleted all the negative reviews from their Facebook page. Loads of good brow bars in Exeter to choose from. Stay away from this one.

I have used the Plymouth Arch Angelz a couple of times and was due to go today for a prebooked appointment only to find the salon is apparently shut on a Tuesday. I am annoyed I was booked in on a day they aren't open. It completely mucked my other morning plans and I am very disappointed that I can't now have my lashes done for my holiday tomorrow.
