Don’t waste your money.. My nails were hideous! The acrylic was thick and uneven and the gel application was awful! A few hours later I went to my usual salon to get them sorted out and the lady that usually does my nails couldn’t believe how badly they had been done. So I arrived one hour before close, yet from the get go I was told they were closing soon. It was rushed, painful and the length ridiculously long despite me asking for them shorter. Returned next day 9am to have them removed. My natural nails are ruined. No offer of refund or for them to be painted. Very upset. Read Less

If you arrive 6.30pm and they have got customers one would expect that they would ask customer ´ how can I help you?' to find out if they will manage to do what customer wishes or not instead of telling customer to come back following day at 7pm. Read Less

Absolutely awful place. I went here for the first time as it was close by to where I was and needed some acrylic nails done quickly. I walked in, and straight away, they were very rude and abrupt. Having my nails done, they were rough, and even when I pulled away because she filed in a cut I had, she still continued to do so, and just ignored the fact I was in pain. I had to ask for half of my nails to be filed again as they were ridiculously wonky, so now they're shorter that I would've liked. And just to finish it off, it's now three days later and they're already peeling of my nail! Would highly recommend going somewhere else other than here! Read Less

I go to American nails regularly I am a faithful customer. Most days I am very satisfied, you have to find the one person who will do your nails the way you like I found two I can really trust. Some times my two first choices are busy than I need to open my mouth and complain and make sure things are done right. They do have a hard time communicating, the woman and owner does very well other two do not speak much English but their work is good so before people complain they should see where they can get fast, good quality service like that! Absolutely dreadful !!!! I had my nails done a week ago and after two days, two of the nails had fallen off! I recently went back in about three days ago to have them re-done as they had completely come off and I was extremely unhappy. They were fine with fixing them for me as I had only had them done a couple days before. Another nail has just come off, the same one that had fallen off before and I only had them re-done three days ago. I will definitely be going in and asking for my money back and complaining. 1000000% would NOT recommend anyone to go to American nails !!!!!!! Absolutely awful nail shop Read Less
