I went to The Cove on the recommendation of my sister who lives in Dartmouth. I'd got the date of my appt wrong but the team moved mountains to still get my treatments done. They were all extremely welcoming and friendly but were also first class in their professionalism and quality of work. I'd go so far as to say I had the best wax EVER here! My only disappointment? That I don't live nearer..... Highly recommended.

I really appreciate how promptly the staff got back to me after my last experience. Claudia was very helpful and the massage and facial was great. I would recommend this place.

I have always had a good experience at the Cove in the past, but it seems the standards have fallen now. No way can I say that it is worth spending all that money for.Treatment room was cold body massage was nonrelaxing. There was no proper technique of massaging and so noisy and clumsy staff. All I could hear was clicking of shoes and noisy chair and creaking massage table,falling stuff in the room few times. So every time I tried to relax I was startled. Came back upset after spending £92 for a facial and massage.

I absolutely love The Cove! I've always had brilliant service, all of the girls are wonderful, helpful and very welcoming. Their work is always finished to a very high standard and I wouldn't like to get my treatments done anywhere else!

Was visiting my mom in Dartmouth the week before I was due to get married. I wanted a sunbed so my tan would be nice for my wedding dress as I was away from home, the staff were rude and unhelpful, they made me feel uncomfortable. Would recommend no one to give them money, there is another beauty shop round the corner, pleasant and friendly.
