Just visited this nail salon for the first time. I walked in and was taken straight back for my pedicure. I purchased a standard pedicure with gel polish for $50- to me this was a very reasonable price as I was paying extra for the nicer polish. Mary was the employee who gave me my pedicure and she did a wonderful job! My legs and feet are smooth and my nails are no longer uncomfortable as she was able to cut down my slightly ingrown edges on my big toes. The gel polish color that I selected was not showing up very well on the first coat, so Mary found a different complimentary base color to help make my polish look, well, “polished”. I left the salon relaxed and very happy with the product and services. Thank you Polish and thank you, Mary!

Wish I could give less than 1 Star. I got my nails done there today. Called to make an appt for 2pm for a full set. Got that with gel polish today which should already be a good sell. Got Phong in the front left and am utterly disappointed & unhappy with the job that was done. Again I made an appointment, so didn’t just walk in. In total this full set with gel polish took 23 minutes. That’s absurd and a good job could not have been done in that amount of time. First of all he... was on his phone the first few minutes and did not talk hardly at all. His demeanor was very rude and unpleasant. He did not touch my cuticles or do any kind of manicure with this which I would have paid for (I obviously needed one). Polish is not covering the entire nail on the edges and he did not have me rinse my hands after filling, just painted the gel over the rough areas. He was very rough with pushing my hands around. He also did not do lotion or anything at the end. Just did a very poor and careless job on a full set of acrylics and gel paint and sent me on my way.. in 23 mins, with dry hands and awful cuticles. They do not look good and I will have to get these done again elsewhere before the Holidays ( so like tomorrow). Which i am not pleased with. I will be reviewing you all on all sites and platforms I can find, with pictures included, & will be taking my business elsewhere. Ver más

Very disappointed and feel we were treated with disrespect and overcharged. I made an appointment for my pre-teen niece and I to have a mani/pedi and Michelle who booked appointment, was kind and explained options. She suggested arriving 15-30 minutes early so we could sit together and not be rushed. We arrived and gentleman at front couldn't find our appointment even though I called and said we were able to come early. He rudely suggested we shop at Kroger while I h...eard him rudely speak to others who called in. After 15 minutes we did start to receive great pedicures with kind technicians where my niece had a snowflake on each big toe. I had a lavender pedicure with no design but had big toes painted with glitter topcoat which is a pretty common procedure. Next my niece received a regular manicure with a snowflake on each thumb and I had a gel manicure. I then received a brow wax which I compliment. Unfortunately, I feel I was overcharged and no one would explain charges or give me breakdown when I asked. I was charged $186. I thought charges should have been $115 per posting. Children were to receive a $10 discount but they told me because she got a design it was $10 more. I could live with a $20 discrepancy or explanation of charges but they said they didn't understand. I inquired if gratuity was included but they shook their head no. They also only wanted paid in cash although it was not stated and others paid by card. I never got answers, was made to feel uncomfortable and embarrassed my niece had a special day tainted. I ultimately paid and left. I asked manager to call me, left message for him to call. It is the holiday season and I was delighted to treat my niece while visiting for Christmas. Beware! Perhaps if you are a regular customer they treat you well but in my case they took advantage of me while taking my niece on a holiday outing. I was so sad as it was a beautiful salon and we had a nice time and splurge, but to add in unexplained charges upset me as I would have donated that money to a needed family. I hope the owner of this salon does something for the needy or homeless in Indy. Ver más

Just visited this nail salon for the first time. I walked in and was taken straight back for my pedicure. I purchased a standard pedicure with gel polish for $50- to me this was a very reasonable price as I was paying extra for the nicer polish.
