Consistently is valuable. I am disappointed how I was treated when I had to come in to have my nails touched up or redone because the polish peeled back on 2 nails and was wearing down on a few other nails after one week of application. I have been in the salon when other patrons have had similar requests for touch up. My disappointment was with Tammy. Her attitude was I was pestering her. After she attended to my nails, my nails ended up in no better condition afterwards in less than two days. I have been going to them since they opened. I was treated with courtesy up to that point. I will not be going back. I refuse to pay people to treat me as a pest.

Honestly this was my first experience getting a pedi. I enjoyed the atmosphere, the staff were very professional and I loved the nail technician, Kenny. I was afraid I might not like the scrapping and sanding but he was gentle. I had a small group with me celebrating a couple birthdays and they all spoke highly of the experience. Very clean place. My only concern was poor ventilation in the manicure area at the front of the salon.

I've become a "regular" because I'm always so pleased with my nails! (The Deluxe Pedicure is Heavenly too!) The staff is friendly and really want to give excellent customer service!

The best manicure I have gotten in Indy so far. The salon is clean.....immaculate She didn't file my nails to death or encourage me to do all kinds of crazy services. Great little spot....Aloha

I couldn't be happier that COCO Nails is now open! Katie is the only one who can get my nails perfect every single time and now she has a BEAUTIFUL new salon less than a mile from my house! The chairs...
I couldn't be happier that COCO Nails is now open! Katie is the only one who can get my nails perfect every single time and now she has a BEAUTIFUL new salon less than a mile from my house! The chairs are comfy and the staff is great!

I am disappointed how I was treated when I had to come in to have my nails touched up or redone because the polish peeled back on 2 nails and was wearing down on a few other nails after one week of application. I have been in the salon when other patrons have had similar requests for touch up. My disappointment was with Tammy. Her attitude was I was pestering her.
