I am not usually one to complain but I must advise you how disappointed I have been with the lack of customer service from the Manager/Boss in the salon. Before Xmas I spoke to a nice young lady on the phone who took my details and advised I would be called back by the boss. After no contact I rang the salon again on 07/01/14 and my details were took again and everything seemed ok, a deposit was discussed etc but it was all pending the boss calling me back. I have rang back this afternoon (08/01/14) after not hearing from the salon to be told that they can no longer help with my wedding hair/make-up but failed to let me know! After chasing for all this time it is very, very disappointing. I understand that they are busy but there is a huge lack of courtesy, professionalism and respect for potential customers which I feel should immediatley be addressed. Regards, Miss. L. The staff were very friendly, however I am not impressed with my haircut. I have long hair with layers and was after a trim to get rid of dead ends and my layers to be neatened. After I got home, i noticed my cut was not even (approx 1 cm longer on one side). I did phone and go back in and the hairdresser agreed however I still dont feel its completely straight and I also dont feel my layers are blended in.
