I returned to this salon this week after having nail extensions on 20th Jan to discuss a few issues. Although I spotted some of these issues at the time, I felt the girl had done her best and duly paid the £45 bill which included the polish she’d used. I decided I could’ve lived with the fact one hand had longer nails than the other, and the residue acrylic which hardened underneath the nail extension and felt bumpy and difficult to keep clean until the next visit for infil...ls, but as the time went on the issues worsened as not a fortnight had gone by before one popped off, then another. It is a small salon so I wanted to put things right and go on to repeat my custom but sadly the return visit wasn’t met with positivity but rather with confrontation. The manager did look at my nails, admitted there were issues and although I’d rang the day before to agree I come and see her with a view of discussing and rectifying the matter. She made it very clear however that this was not going to be possible as planned after all, but should I wish to give them a further benefit of the doubt and book another appointment they would oblige. The benefit of the the doubt was the second planned visit, not a third! There are plenty of nail salons in town, feeling uncomfortable with the service here doesn’t need to be something I endure, thankfully! See More Read Less
