My partner has been here to have her nails done and has only been happy 1 out of 4 times.

My partner has been here to have her nails done and has only been happy 1 out of 4 times.
Today she went to have her nails done again hoping they would be able to do the same as last time (the time she was happy with them) and after many attempts to tell them how she wanted them doing they still failed to do them right. Even after showing a photo of her own nails how the salon had done them before again they still couldn't get my partners nails right. My partner remained polite and decided to just go with it. The staff began to make fun and moc my partner making snidy remarks and talking amongst themselves and laughing.
My partner felt upset and self conscious when leaving.
Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Disgusting!

Polite nails are really well done don’t snap or fall off last time I got them done there they stayed on for about 7-8 weeks and loads of colours and patterns

Got my eye lash extensions today , They did it with my eyes open and did them at bottom of top eyes instead of on top. my eyes were watering like mad and was red for a while after. They dont give you good advice either or answer your questions well - no brush given after for your lashes , the glue is so hard it hurts your eyes - if i could change time i wouldn't of had mine done today i should have left it xxx
