This was my first visit to Le Nails in Omro, I decided to stop in as I’ve seen some great work around town and have heard nothing but positive rants about this place. I’ve been searching for a new nail salon for a few months as I am a pretty difficult person to please and I haven’t been happy with the last few salons I have visited. They do accept walk ins, however, I’d recommend calling ahead of time if you don’t want to wait, to make sure they aren’t already serving other ...customers. (Does that even need to be said?) Nice greeting upon walking in, the salon was clean and everyone was friendly. I did have a short wait (this is why you should always call before walking in ) but my wait was pleasant as I used the time to admire the beautiful aquariums and observe their hygiene practices. Dina did my nails, I had the SNS dip done. She did an exceptional job, making sure not to break my real nails in the process. She was easy to talk to and genuinely friendly. I did ask for a free-hand design on my nails, which she did effortlessly and beautifully in one shot (basically, I didn’t have to ask her to redo the design multiple times until I was satisfied). They do offer 2 types of pedis here, standard and deluxe. I’ll be reviewing both. Chris did my pedicure. I opted for the Tangerine Twist deluxe pedi which is a standard pedi that also includes a Sea Salt Soak, Sugar Scrub, Mud Masque, and Massage Cream. (Highly recommend). He did an excellent job. Very personable and funny! My son decided to get his feet cleaned up and had the standard pedi done by Liz. She did a great job making him laugh while doing his pedi and most importantly she wasn’t rough on his feet, like some places can be. Both Chris and Liz took their time and did not rush through our pedis while keeping us engaged in conversation. The Massage chairs were nice and in working order. My take on the place: The customer service here is superb, the technicians do an excellent job and they practice the proper sanitation methods to ensure a hygienic establishment. I know a common complaint about many salons is that a language barrier can lead to less than desirable results if communication is difficult. We didn’t have this experience here with any of our technicians. Communication was a non issue. They all kept the conversations flowing while being attentive to our needs and wants. Wish I could go into the NEGATIVES for reviews for this place. Went in for S and S nail removal; polish was removed, new polish was applied and I was set up to dry. After 20 min at the drying station I was clearly forgotten so I asked if I was good to go. Respond was, " yeah you should be but be careful." (Without checking). When I told them I didn't want to teach into my purse to grab my wallet in case they smudged I say back down to dry for 3 more minutes. I got up to pay and went out to my car, looked down and they were smudged. Immediately went right back in and showed them. No apology just told to sit down and pick another color. It has now been 1 hour 45 min total here for an initial polish removal. Thanks but no thanks . Don't go if you want quality, service or timeliness. Read Less

I was at Le Nails in Omro today. They are always so nice and do an awesome job with my nails. I had the Christmas snowflakes design done today for the holidays and I've gotten so many people complimenting me on them. I am a dedicated customer and usually go every month. They are awesome, treat you like family and take care of you the right way Dina is great with the designs. I make appointments about every 3 weeks. Am always satisfied. They take walk ins and try to accommodate you but remember people with appointments are first. They took time to make appointment. They are always eager to help you. Read Less

"Walk-ins not welcome." Got turned away twice today. I get that some days are busy but mine are busy too and I don't always have the time to come in. The first time I came in, it was packed and I couldn't wait an hour to be serviced. I understand that so I tried coming in later. The second time there was one person there being serviced but I was told that two more appointments were coming in 15 minutes and that I should try again in an hour and 15 minutes. I don't get why they wouldn't help me for those 15 minutes before those appointments, they could have at least started the work! I used to love going here but now I'm thinking of taking my business somewhere else. Customers shouldn't just be turned away like that, especially when you have a sign that says that walk-ins are welcome. Read Less

After going to many different nail salons over the years off and on, this is by far my favorite. Not only am I very happy with the services they provide (pedicure or manicure), they are all just so friendly. I don't know if I've ever gone to a nail salon where I've felt so comfortable. Read Less

I love that small town Omro has the ability to support this business. I have consistently gone here for the past 2 years and love it. I can pull up any nail design and walk out very happy that my nails are what I wanted. I enjoy that when I walk in everyone knows me by name and it's a very relaxed and clean atmosphere. Read Less
