Been going for years and used to do an amazing job but yesterday I had to ask my manicurist 3 times to get the skin around my nails and cuticles and after that he seemed highly annoyed so I gave up . Girl did a good job on my pedi and my nails. My concern is customer service. I asked if I could make an appointment 2 weeks out. She said yes, but it wouldn't matter if I had an appointment. Said I would be treated as a walk-in either way. They are extremely busy, I get it. My time is just as valuable, as I plan my weekends and budget my time. I was told I should come in during the week instead. My work schedule does not allow it. I don't want to spend several hours at the nail spa, which is why I prefer to schedule appointments. So I guess I'm still in search for a regular nail spa/tech in the area.Read Less

I've been a customer since Ben & Nikki were at Bellagio's! Was so excited for them when they opened their own salon! Beniki is the best salon around! Very clean! I can give Nikki an idea for a nail design and she has never disappointed! In some cases she will have an even better idea or color scheme! I booked a same day appointment for my daughter and I. We had never been to Beniki before so I wasn't sure what to expect. I looked at the reviews for all of the local salons/spas and chose Beniki due to the reviews and the pics of the establishment. We arrived a little early and were invited to choose a nail color and placed in the massage chair. We were offered drinks while our tootsies soaked in the tub. The jazz style music and the peaceful calm of this wonderful pla...ce was exactly what I needed. I chose the Ultimate Pedicure and my daughter chose the Deluxe. David worked magic on my feet and calves for almost 2 hours and it was amazing. We both decided that this should be a mother/daughter date on a monthly basis...we both work at jobs that require us to be on our feet the entire schedule so this was a much needed treat!
