Initially had my nails gel polished here customer service was poor hardly any communication language barrier plus they wear masks due to the chemicals and electric files they use which makes communication more difficult. My nails were ok and lasted a reasonable amount of time but the reason for my one star is that when my friend who is disabled due to being thalidomide who had been there previously to have her nails done with no issues was turned away with no explanation they didn't even look at her nails just very rude saying "can't do it" tyried to explain but again no can't do it my friend felt humiliated in front of a shop full of people. This was just outright discrimination and will not be giving them my custom again it was disgusting the way my friend was treated they should be reported. Read Less
