Very bad customer service! A new nail technician did my nails. He didn't put the acrylic on properly and had to redone some of them. I then had my nails finished off by another technician. After a few days some of the nails chipped/cracked or broke off. I went into the shop to get them redone and they refused! I will not be going back again!Read Less

Never been treated so appallingly and receive below average treatment. The prices may be competitive but it is reflected in the sub-standard working equipment and shoddy, impersonalable work and customer service.I was hoping for a Valentines Day pampering spa pedicure - instead I received a twenty minute rush job, no bubbles in the foot bath and no adequate place to dry my shoddily painted toe nails. When it was time to pay, I was verbally and racially abused when I tried to explain my bad experience. I was so upset I paid the full asking price, but only because I was bullied into it by a woman who called herself "Lucy". In future I will stick to reputable salons and continue to pay a little more, but at least I will be guaranteed a relaxing and professional experience. Read Less

I don't recommend it. the attitude of the workers is horrible. when I went there, I accidentally ruined my nails before it dried, the women who did it went literally crazy, and started throwing stuff on the floor. I was in shock I couldn't even say a word! the worst part is, no body even apologized to me, as if it's absolutely normal to treat customers like that. I was eager for some soothing time after a long week, but they actually managed to ruin my day.Read Less
