Been here a few times, the staff are always friendly but seem in a rush. Also, every time I get my nails done (had gels mostly but get acrylics sometimes) they layers of whatever they use are always super thick and look ridiculous. They do as I ask though and get the colour and style spot on, and if you ask for them to use less gel/acrylic and make them thinner they do. My first visit was yesterday (4.11.17), Nat was the lady who did my nails. The team are great, nothing is to much trouble. As it was my first time they discussed what would be best for my individual nails. Lovely atmosphere, clean and fantastic staff. I would definitely recommend . Read Less

Will definitely not be using them again! First set of nails lasted three days. Went back and the fixed it but they use so much product which gives such a thick effect! To top it all went and paid £10 to remove the nails and two weeks later still can't get the product off it has really damaged my nails! Read Less

Used to be such a good place to go for quickness and quality. Last couple of times I have been in I have had different people do my nails in the same sitting so the same job has been done over and over, I have been in well over and an hour and a half, not half as good as it used to be plus a lot of trainees. DONT GO HERE! I recently went here to get acrylic nails and eye lash extensions. The acrylics were fine, however the eye lash extensions were TERRIBLE. I got them done for my birthday, I naturally have long thick eyelashes as people always comment about my lush lashes. I fancied something new so got extensions. The lady used cheap quality one like some from body care / pound shop. She applied them WRONG. One eye had more lashes but couple gaps and looked okay, and the other eye had very few lashes applied , gaps and didn't look right, when I said to lady to add more lashes she fobbed me off because she didn't want to have to open another cheap box of lashes. I rang to have them removed and got nothing but attitude! I had them taken off correctly and safely , however due to how she applied wrong and badly , my real lashes are ruined ! Some shorter than usual and others missing , looking terrible! Never go here go some where else, they aren't professional you can see buy looking at them but I was in a rush else I wouldn't of gone !! Recently got a set of acrylic extensions at £25 from here. I loved having my nails done at this salon they take great care to ensure the best possible outcome for your nails is possible. The nail technicians have always got a smile on their faces and are very hospitable offering drinks and up for a chat. The end result of my nails were very professional looking and absolutely perfect, I can't wait to go for my infills this week. Can't recommend these guys enough :) Read Less
