I would not recommend this place to anyone for eyebrow waxing. I just wanted an eyebrow tidy instead I have come out with two completely mismatched eyebrows. Just been and had my nails done by a lovely lady in queen nails, I went in with a picture of the nails I wanted and they couldn't have got it more on point. Very welcoming. Very professional. Went for my nails done today for the first time here! Not many are straight some don't even cover my own nails (picture below) The man who put my nails on filed it that much it cut my finger (pictures below) then continued to file it more! I told the lady not to paint it straight away as it was throbbing and she told the man it was bleeding and he just smiled. Disgusting service Read Less

Had my nails done here today for the second time and they're absolutely brill. Not only do my nails look gorgeous, the staff are so polite too. So disappointed in my nails! They are all completely wonky and not one of them is straight, they put totally different chrome colour on to the one i asked for and when I complained they just painted over it, it is now peeling off and the woman that painted over them kept getting it wrong and kept putting the wrong coat on. They are such a mess and they are all different lengths. Definitely wouldn't recommend to anyone! The colour is all chipped and peeling and only had them done a few hours ago!! £30 just thrown away! I love coming here but I hate how some of the staff are really rude the manger is brilliant and so is eilyn it's just a shame the others let it down! Yesterday I came in and the man who started my nails of really made my nails sore! I had my nails done Sunday as my normal nail bar was closed, I waited 10 minutes then they filed the acrylic down, then kept me waiting over an hour. By the time I left I had been in there over two hours just for Infils and my nails were bleeding which the lady said "must've filed them too much". I work in a bar so I cut lemons and limes and make vodka/gin drinks, I was in so much pain I couldn't make half the drinks without extreme throbbing. I thought I'd let that go and just not return queen nails. By the time the pain stopped (Tuesday) I picked up a empty cardboard box at work and two natural nails just broke and flicked off, one below the nail bed and I've been bleeding for an hour and a half. I've never ever had this with any other nail place (I've been to about 15) I am really upset I've paid £20 for this service. Read Less

I love this place, I really do, and I wouldn't go anywhere else, but on Wednesday I came and had a full set of acrylics and the actual nails are great like they always are - always strong and never break - but the colour is a lot more...yellow than the silver/holographic chrome I picked out. The price list is deceiving. I had a consultation on Facebook as I had booked for me and my partners sister to have our nails done for xmas. So we knew how much everything would cost. Never been so neglected and made to feel that I was wrong. I was told that the set I had done was extra for design extra for shellac then the other set was extra for glitter extra for cos she had gel. I feel like even tho I've been going there a while that I'm just money in the till. The guy who... I think is the owner was arguing with me at the till about the price. I had a consultation on Facebook I had proof. But no I then had to pay extra than what he had said because he was going to take my design off. I tell you something I won't be going there anymore the guys that work there do a great job and look like they are not appreciated (or over worked) but the boss on the other hand needs a course in customer service and some manners.
