I have never been treated so shabily in my life. I waited for 30 minutes to get to my turn and when it was my turn i said i just wanted a manicure and clear polish. He then gave me a colour palet to choose a colour from and started working on a customer who had only been for 5minutes. I told bim i only want a ckear polish no colour. And that he should please come and do my nails.
When i complained he said afterall he wasnt playing and that he was no longer doing my nail i just cant believe it.

Wanted my nails to match my friend's for a performance. Despite going in together and saying this they ran out of polish and mixed another one in so they didn't match. Applied so quickly the polish was on my skin and was uncomfortable under the UV. After all that they have, started chipping off after less than a week due to poor application, the first went after 2 days. Won't be going again.

I went here to get my old nails taken off and new ones done as they were really in need of doing. There were only 2 people actually doing nails and about 4 people waiting. It took 45 minutes of my nails being soaked before someone actually came to do them. The woman that did them I thought was very rude and I had already mentioned several times that I just wanted ordinary varnish and not gel but she kept trying to tell me to go for gel and in the end I just snapped and said no!
It cost me £30 to get them taken off and redone which is more expensive than what I used to pay in London. I won't be going back as I did not enjoy the experience.

I have never been treated so shabily in my life. I waited for 30 minutes to get to my turn and when it was my turn i said i just wanted a manicure and clear polish. He then gave me a colour palet to choose a colour from and started working on a customer who had only been for 5minutes. I told bim i only want a ckear polish no colour. And that he should please come and do my nails.
When i complained he said afterall he wasnt playing and that he was no longer doing my nail i just cant believe it.

Wanted my nails to match my friend's for a performance. Despite going in together and saying this they ran out of polish and mixed another one in so they didn't match. Applied so quickly the polish was on my skin and was uncomfortable under the UV. After all that they have, started chipping off after less than a week due to poor application, the first went after 2 days. Won't be going again.

I went here to get my old nails taken off and new ones done as they were really in need of doing. There were only 2 people actually doing nails and about 4 people waiting. It took 45 minutes of my nails being soaked before someone actually came to do them. The woman that did them I thought was very rude and I had already mentioned several times that I just wanted ordinary varnish and not gel but she kept trying to tell me to go for gel and in the end I just snapped and said no!
