First time at Flash today for acrylic extensions and love them The salon was recommended to me by one of their regular clients, and I’m glad I’ve tried them!! I’ve only ever visited the Chinese salons over the years, so was worried about trying elsewhere as the Chinese nails always felt so strong. An awful experience they cancelled one appointment because the girl had messed up the time then arrived today for my appointment which had been rearranged only to be told it was upstairs and because of the pushchair cos I had my little boy with me I couldn’t have my eyebrows waxed unless I came back 6 hours later, no apology was given either. I'm sorry but I asked for nude ombré nails and also showed a picture and ended up with what looked like French manicure nails which I didn't ask for or intent on having I'm disappointed with my nails as I would've had to paid for them all over again if I wanted them redone which I find unfair and inconsiderate I understand it would've costed them money because I would've wasted a set but they didn't give me anything near what I wanted so unfortunately I won't be coming again… however I'm sure if I chose any other colour then nails would've been fine as I saw other people's nails and they looked fabulous but due to my experience I will not be attending again Read Less
