Hi, I travel over an hour to get my nails done with you because I usually think it’s worth the money. Yesterday I paid £55 for gel nails, fingers and toes. Fingers are prefect! You got busy and swapped me over and someone just training did my toes. They are awful, not dried properly and look a mess!!! I have pictures to show too. I got these done on Saturday so I didn’t have to worry about them over Xmas and new year. They are a mess. It’s not fair to charge that much money to have a trainee do nails that doesn’t know how to do them. This would never have happened before. I’d like to know how you intend to fix it???

Having my nails done was nice on the day, although the girl who did mine couldn't speak English apart from odd words. I took my friend who had a manicure. We booked together but were seated apart, which was hard because of lack of conversation. Not too impressed with result, but paid up and left. All very nice. However, in the light of day, there was much pooling in the gel, big gaps between the gel and my cuticles, a chip straight away and the whole appearance was patchy and see through, which has never happened before when l had them done at other places. Friends, including one who is a customer of 3D, told me to go back and ask for them to be re-done. Although she did say 'they will try and fob you off'. OMG. I ended up in tears. The woman was horrible and told me all the things that were wrong were actually ok. 'Nothing right for you' ' you never come here again'.( no fear of that ). ' Sit down l re do nails' shouted at me. She threw things on the floor and shouted at her assistant. I am crying. I ask for refund as l do not feel comfortable now to stay for a re gel. She tells me l am angry. Too right l was by then. They don't do refunds....I asked if we could start again and be nice but there was a total breakdown in trust by then and l couldn't have stayed. She eventually gave me a refund and l left still crying. As l left she finally said she was sorry, but she wasn't as sorry as me
Wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy.

Hi, I travel over an hour to get my nails done with you because I usually think it’s worth the money. Yesterday I paid £55 for gel nails, fingers and toes. Fingers are prefect! You got busy and swapped me over and someone just training did my toes. They are awful, not dried properly and look a mess!!! I have pictures to show too. Having my nails done was nice on the day, although the girl who did mine couldn't speak English apart from odd words. I took my friend who had a manicure.
