Its taken me a bit to write this review. I wanted to get the guys name that did my delux pedicure but I haven't brought myself to go back up there. So first off I went on Feb 27 which was my birthday! I was excited since I had been 2 other times and had the same girl who was really good and sweet. I went in and the man (tall a little older) immediately sat my friend and I. He worked on me and a lady worked on my friend. First he say my foot tattoo and started shacking his hea...d as to why I had it like he was disappointed (its a cancer symbol for 6 people I know who have fought and 2 have lost the battle). Then he cut the inside of my foot and joked about it. Then he kept interrupting my conversation with my friend to talk crap about what we were saying. When he got to the hot stones he didnt even massage my legs. He held the stones on my heel.... Nothing more... Then we get to the color of polish I picked out. He shook his head like I picked a awful color and asked why. A lady walks by and asks if we wanted brow or lip waxing. I asked my friend if it looked like it was time and he says yes and laughs and shakes his head yes extremely hard as if I had a 5 foot long mustache! My mother in law and 2 sister in laws religiously come here and as I said I've been twice and haven't had a bad experience till this. I went in to have my dip nails removed and this place was awesome! Quick, clean, no pain (even removing Nexgen nails.) This is my new place! I appreciate the quickness most, I sat right down in the chair upon walking in!! Read Less

Had my nails done two days ago by Andy. I got a full set and should have known it was going to be a disaster with how much trouble he had just gluing the tips on. They were uneven and the acrylic was on my skin just as much as my nail bed. Two days later and I’ve already had two nails pop off. I paid $45 plus tip for two days worth of nails 😒 Read Less

This place use to be my FAVORITE place, until the last time I came and I experienced horrible customer service because they didn't want to service me because of my son, keep in mind I have a 1 year old, but all he was doing was sitting in the chair watching Netflix. This man yet again threw the box of nails down and began to take my nails off and threw a fit because I brought my son. As I was angrily walking out a young lady stopped me and apologize and did my nails, gave my son juice and a toy. Took my 4 daughters to get dip powder nails, and gel pedicure. A day later the gel polish was coming off, mind you its supposed to stay for up to a month, then I took them to get it fixed, still comes off the next day. Its been a little over a week and 3 of my daughters have no gel polish on their nails, and one of my daughters has had her dip powder nails come off. I spend $250 I'm beyond pissed. I went this shop I walked in got my pedicure.Never once was I informed they weren't taking credit cards. I get done with my pedicure and walk to the front to pay and then I was advise the card machine was messed up.Then the lady proceeds to tell me leave my keys and go get money from the atm.I said this not my fault so dnt treat me like I came to steal a pedicure.Then she says oh I have another solution u can write credit number down and when it comes back up we'll charge you.Of course I said absolutely not.Have you ever heard of such foolery? As far as pedicures go this is the only place I am 100% satisfied. Sue Ann is the only one I let do my pedicures and she gets it right every time! She doesn't rush, gives nice long massages, and makes sure you're feet are to perfection! Been going here for about 3 years now and she has yet to disappoint me. Read Less

I went in for a gel manicure and 4 days later they started cracking. Several of my nails were snagging my hair already. My cuticles were cut and uneven. When he was doing them they looked thick but I didnt say anything. He kept talking about how I ask for him next time. I went in and spoke to the manager and asked for someone to fix them. No refund just a fix. They looked a month old in under a week--- I spent $50. There was a wait so I did an errand and came back. Then the ...manager was gone. The technician told me that I wouldn't how nails look because I dont do nails. He told me thats just how nails look. Ive gotten many manicures. He told me that he couldn't find the color I chose before so it must have been a very long time since Ive been in. I had been in there within the past week so theres no way they would have made new color wheels. Now within another week they have all chipped and broke off. Never coming back.
