This place did not answer their phones all day. Called 4 times thru out the day. They did not respond to my Facebook message. So there for I could not get an appointment. So I went in there. At bout 1...
This place did not answer their phones all day. Called 4 times thru out the day. They did not respond to my Facebook message. So there for I could not get an appointment. So I went in there. At bout 10 min till 6. It says they close at 730 yet they had no one to do my acrylic fill. There were 4 tech's there doing pedicures....I offered to wait till one was done....I've had acrylic nails for a long time....it doesn't take long to do a fill. But nope they had to leave cuz of the "bad weather"... .the roads have been clear all day, it is cold out but not raining or snowing. Probably the worst customer service I have had in a very long time. Luckily across the street could get me in and I will gladly give them my business instead of this place.

I just left the spa after having a set of dip nails done in a red color. It was the worst job ever! I have more red residue dried on my fingers, it almost looks like I just killed an animal. I am supposed to have beautiful hands and nails when I leave your place of business and not be told that it will wear off after a couple of days ....very disappointed! I will never return to your place of business and that is very sad because I have spent many, many hours AND dollars having my nails done along with my daughters, including an entire wedding party.

Very disappointed. I was told it would take 30 minutes for my pedicure and 30 minutes for my manicure. I was there over 2 hours and had people waiting at home to pack the car to leave on vacation. ...
Very disappointed. I was told it would take 30 minutes for my pedicure and 30 minutes for my manicure. I was there over 2 hours and had people waiting at home to pack the car to leave on vacation. I have only had a few manicures in my life; however, I am pretty certain I did NOT get a manicure. They didn't even wash my hands, much less massage them, use wax, etc.... They polished my nails ONLY. I could have done that myself. My pedicure was nice, but my toenails were cut crooked. In fact the lady that painted the design on my toe asked who did my toes. All in all - a waste of my money and twice the amount of time they quoted when I made my appointment. I'll try another place next time.

I have been going to this salon for a few years and I have truly been delighted with the friendliness and the quality of the work. I love that many of the employees know you by name and even know who you normally come in with. Yesterday I went for mani-pedi. It wasn't horrible, but it wasn't up to their usual standards. They are growing their business and there are new employees, so I'm guessing and hoping the quality is due to that.

The first time I went to this salon I was in Highland working and I stopped by over my lunch hour. They introduced me to powder nails which I loved. I've had it done in other places based on convenience, but never again. I popped on there today because a salon in Fairview Heights really messed up my nails. They were very kind, fixed my powdered finish, put on the proper top coat and were so very kind. They refused to take any pay for fixing another salons mistake! I will never go elsewhere. They have the most knowledgeable staff, do great service and their prices are reasonable! This is truly a 5 star salon.

I made an appointment for my daughter and I because we were on a time schedule to get to her tumbling class. Our appointment was at 4:30 and we sat until 5:00 before they started and took others that came in after us. It was obvious that we weren't regulars so we didn't get any type of special treatment.

I just left the spa after having a set of dip nails done in a red color. It was the worst job ever! I have more red residue dried on my fingers, it almost looks like I just killed an animal. I am supposed to have beautiful hands and nails when I leave your place of business and not be told that it will wear off after a couple of days ....very disappointed! I have only had a few manicures in my life; however, I am pretty certain I did NOT get a manicure. They didn't even wash my hands, much less massage them, use wax, etc.... I have been going to this salon for a few years and I have truly been delighted with the friendliness and the quality of the work. The first time I went to this salon I was in Highland working and I stopped by over my lunch hour. They introduced me to powder nails which I loved. I made an appointment for my daughter and I because we were on a time schedule to get to her tumbling class.
