I kindly explained they still are offering services on groupon and should contact them but instead he yelled. The only reason why they get any services because of Hannah and Amy. I decide to get my toenail polish (something I don’t do here) but I decided cause I’m waiting for my turn to get my lashes done. They I waiting almost 30 minutes for someone to polish my toes. When I sat done, some other lady said I had to paid first, knowing damn well you don’t paid first and they start speaking the language. I felt some kind of way, I went in the back for my lashes. They knew they did something wrong. 3 different lady came up to me and told me they will do my toenails FOR FREE. No thank you!! Went here once yrs ago, caught a nasty nail infection, that developed a few days later. Thank God it didn’t spread beyond my toe nail, but have had issues with that nail ever since. Definitely pray they’re much cleaner now than they were back then, 2003 to be exact. Nasty place Read Less

Honestly why are there bad views? I respect everyone's opinion and having been born since the salon first opened, it is everything you could get from a nail salon. You DO get what you paid for, which is a good price I might add. You get everything and more and when it comes to manicures, you get asked if you enjoyed your service and then you can pay. I don't find anything wrong with this place besides the fact that it is a nail salon and the workers are people who have emotions, so don't come in being disrespectful when you clearly asked for one thing and yet are expecting something else. *****Beware****** Tip Top Nails by the Magic Mall is the absolute worst. Lets just say you get what you pay for!!! First I went on Saturday and the owner was being cursed out by some lady that had been there for 2 hours because the tech that was doing her nails, burnt her with the drill. She requested a different tech and they made her wait for 2hours. This was my first sign to not have my services done there. But I left and came back the next day because all I wanted was for... my lashes to be done. They charge $12 for double lashes which is a steal since I normally pay a " real salon" $25. So I came back Sunday afternoon and got my lashes done. They were beautiful BUTTTTTT!!! Sunday night I washed my face and the lashes came all the way off. So now my feelings hurt because my lashes that should of lasted 2 weeks lasted all of 6hours. I called the so called owner and asked him for assistance since they have cameras all over this ghetto piece of shit and he tells me to come up there. But the girl who did my nails may not be there and I may have to PAY to have them reapplied. I said the devil is a liar and let him know that I would do a decent review on the company.
