After having an appointment at half past and still waiting at ten to I had to say something. To be far they sat me down and got on with it. I did however, say one was shorter then all the rest but they weren't having it. I can assure you it is ! I have had to come home and file some of the nails underneath as there were "Sharp" edges under as well thumb nail shape isn't great . I won't be returning here in the future sorry. Read Less

I went in today to get my acrylic nails removed. Multiple times the woman doing it would try to convince me to get new ones put on but I kept saying I just wanted them removing, this wasn't too bad but you could tell she was trying to scam me out of my money. She kept leaving me on my own for quite long periods of time to play with the dog or something. Other times she'd just be sat on her phone. Numerous times she broke my nails and did an awful job at shaping them, my nails are all crooked and I have to fix them myself. The worst thing that happened was when she was talking to another nail artist in the room and started laughing and pointing at me, of course I didn't know what she was saying because she wasn't speaking English. I couldn't make a complaint because I was in a rush to get back since it took so long due to her laziness. Read Less

My daughter had acrylic nails done here today and they are appalling. I have been having acrylic nails myself for almost 30 years and have never seen a worse job. To say they look like ski ramps might give you an idea of the angle that have been applied at. The appointment started 20 minutes late, the 'technician' spoke no English and it was impossible for my daughter to point out the problem. By the time she was finished less than 40 minutes later her lift was waiting and she therefore didn't have time to hang around and make an official complaint. But my daughter cannot afford to waste money on shoddy sub-standard work and is very disappointed as she had wanted them done for a wedding. Needless to say, at the obscure angles they are applied these nails will not stay in place for long - for which she will be thankful! Worse than just a waste of money, when these nails ping off in all directions they could well damage the nail beds. She will not be going back and I will be telling anyone who plans to go here that they should look elsewhere. Read Less
