I was quite disappointed. i wanted a pink and white fill, and I was given a backfill. They made no attempt to upsell to a full fill so my nails look like a fresh set. The pedicure was ok. I enjoyed the hot stones and leg massage. And the best part was these massage chairs! I got my fill and pedicure on Sunday, and today (2 days later) the polish on my toes is chipping off. I loved this place my first visit. I thought I found the nail place of my dreams coming from Saint Cloud, which is an hour away. However, I'm very disappointed this time this is day two of my full set & it's already lifting and cracking on the side. Not to mention I had acrylic/glue underneath my nails driving me nuts kindly ask Lynn to saw underneath down and she said "it's just glue it will wash off" to then ask the lady that got done with my sisters hand to kindly just saw... it down underneath for her to blow me off completely with attitude and tell me "no you go to Lynn to do that" and told me to sit back in my chair that I got my nails done originally. Lynn was already helping another guest, which I get but to be honest I asked her the first time and she didn't fix the problem so that is why I asked someone else! And the manager came over to help fix what Lynn said "would wash off". The manager even agreed with me saying the glue/ acrylic underneath her nails would drive her nuts too . Not only is this place BEAUTIFUL and CLEAN but everyone there was so sweet and nice. We got the deluxe pedicures with gel polish. We were pampered for almost an hour and a half and were treated with complimentary margaritas. Holly did my service and was incredibly sweet and kind. She did an amazing job. Service and people are great. Did an amazing job on my nails and pedicure. Sadly to many extra charges making this place way to expensive. Every little extra thing has an extra charge to it. I can get the same service somewhere else for almost half the cost. My regular nail salon was extremely busy so I gave this one a try. I have been going to Posh ever since it opened. The salon is decorated beautifully and creates a lovely atmosphere for all guests. Kim and her staff are incredibly friendly and provide excellent service. If there is a wait they will make sure your as comfortable as possible while your waiting offering you drinks and giving you an update on your wait time. Not to mention, they do the most amazing job on my nails....such attention to detail and I always get complimented especially when I do ombré. There color options are out of this world. I was looking for a new nail salon around my area and this one had pretty good reviews. However my nail tech was incredibly lazy barely scrub my feet clean the cuticles or did any type of Massage. When it came down to my regular manicure she deeply cut my cuticle and it was bleeding for about two minutes. At this point the manager never came around to check on me or the quality of her work. Then I looked down at my pedicure and it still had remnants of my previous polish. The...n I told her how I didn't like that my previous polish was still showing through. Which then she proceeded to tell me that I shouldn't leave polish on for more than a week and I should take it off immediately so it wouldn't leave a residue. Well I'm sorry that your job is to take off the Polish completely. Also she said my nails were too thin my cuticles were too thin and that's why she caught me so I needed to do the gel polish. But I've been getting manicures and pedicures for a long time and no One Nail Tech has said that my nails were too thin or too delicate and that's why I needed to get gel polish. The only upside to the salon is that they offer snacks drinks and the place itself is very beautiful. However they need to hire better trained staff and not lazy nail text like the one I had. I went here today because they are fairly new and their reviews were all great. Of course my luck would let me have a bad experience. Although nice staff and everyone is friendly my lady did not seem friendly and experienced or was just lazy. Their pedicure options are a regular for $24 or a deluxe for $40 with no inbetween. Their deluxe includes what most places have in their cheapest option. I opted for the regular assuming this and I was wrong. I got my pedicure and French... on my toes and done in less than 30 minutes. I've never heard of that. To add to this my feet are not smooth in the least bit and the massage was just a quick rub in of the lotion. I also got a full set with gel polish which costed $44. Although gel polish runs higher I think it's a bit high because I can go pay $35 across the street with massage and it look better. My right hand nails are all longer than my left. She found these bumps that she picked out with the cuticle cutter which left holes in the polish and she didn't pay any mind to it. My thumbs and pinkies were not filed evenly and they are diagonal. I paid a total of $73 plus tip and I won't go back here again. The place is so very nice inside which makes this so disappointing. Maybe they should work on a well trained staff. Prices are not worth what I got today. They also advertise free eyebrow wax with gel mani and pedi and I didn't even receive the service after all of that. They had people coming in and started getting busy and she was rushing like crazy from pressure of the owner who kept asking how long she would be and the tech ended up cutting my finger pretty deep.
