I expected to be pleased with my nails as a lot of people have told me about this place as it is really good. So I trusted angel nails to do them properly but the staff were not polite as I expected. ...
I expected to be pleased with my nails as a lot of people have told me about this place as it is really good. So I trusted angel nails to do them properly but the staff were not polite as I expected. The woman that did my nails were going on her phone the whole time while doing my acrylics and going on FaceTime to her friends. Once she glued the tips on my nails she applied the nail glue all over my nails which she is not supposed to do. After the nails were painted I was told to put them under a light (this light was a normal lamp!) after that I put them in a dryer with blew out hot air and this was burning my hands, however I had these under for 40 minuets. The woman came over and touched them and smudged them. So she had to rub some off and repaint them, again I had to put my nails under the blower and that was for 25 minuets. Once I left I had fluff and dirt on them,which were stuck to my nails and wouldn’t come off. As for now I have had them on for 4 days and they have dents, smudges and are terrible. I would rate them 0 stars however the lowest is 1. I don’t recommend going here

Book am appointment during peak times otherwise you'll be sat waiting for hours on end!

Thank you so much for my nails!! Today I snapped my acrylic and it looked a mess. I rang at dinner time to ask for a new set to be put on (infills and broken nail fixed) wasn't expecting an appointment as it was short notice. But they were very happy to let me come at 6pm tonight (when they closed) to sort them out for me! I was sooo grateful they took the time to do my nails when they had officially closed for the day. I was late to my appointment and they were very understanding, and the lady didn't rush my nails. Thank you again, I love them. And as always, I will be back. Only nail salon I go to!

Excellent service, I've always booked last minute appointments and got in. I've tried a few other places in town and my nails tend to lift or come off. Cannot fault Angel Nails, I seem to go longer between appointments and the finish is perfection! Spa Pedicure is nice too!

I visited for the first time yesterday after being gifted with a gift certificate. I was very pleased with my Mani and Pedi. The massage chair was wonderful. They didn't try to have a conversation with me while I was relaxing and When I said I was warm she quickly got up and lowered the air for me. As a single mom I don't get to treat myself as often as I'd like but after looking at the prices I can definitely squeeze at least one trip a month in. The fact that it's located next to a game stop, Walmart and Starbucks is only a plus as my sons can entertain themselves while I pamper. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because their sign says they do hair but when I arrived I was informed they no longer offer the service.

I've been going to Lanas for years. Always friendly and clean. I've taken both friends and family there and they all rave about the service and become return customers. I did have a 5* comment on until today. The jobs done on both our nails were good, but I find the pricing inconsistent and the price board not very clear. Plus I think it's very rude that the technicians talk amongst themselves and can totally ignore you. This is the first time I have had to complain but my daughters third. Then to cap it all today she was accused of not paying when she said to at least two people I will leave the money there for you and it was put in the drawer. Luckily the technician that was nearest the door originally remembered her doing it. Disappointed

I can honestly say these are the best acrylic nails I've ever had done. They feel really natural and I could choose from a huge colour range! I've already booked my next appointment as my goodness what a busy little place it is! All staff were very polite. Definitely will recommend to everyone

Not only did the people on there do a great job with my baby shower nails they were also very very VERY patient with me. I was 35 weeks pregnant and I was suffering with the heat. They moved me three times to try and see if I could cool down, they gave me three different drinks (Ribena Capri sun and a bottle of water) were very patient with me when I was ill and even were okay with me lying on the floor at one point! I was there two hours in total and I cannot thank them enough for all that they did. Safe to say I left a tip! Would definitely visit again but not sure they'd have me back! Haha

I expected to be pleased with my nails as a lot of people have told me about this place as it is really good. So I trusted angel nails to do them properly but the staff were not polite as I expected. Thank you so much for my nails!! Today I snapped my acrylic and it looked a mess. I rang at dinner time to ask for a new set to be put on (infills and broken nail fixed) wasn't expecting an appointment as it was short notice. I visited for the first time yesterday after being gifted with a gift certificate. I was very pleased with my Mani and Pedi. The massage chair was wonderful. I can honestly say these are the best acrylic nails I've ever had done. They feel really natural and I could choose from a huge colour range! I've already booked my next appointment as my goodness what a busy little place it is! All staff were very polite. Definitely will recommend to everyone

They moved me three times to try and see if I could cool down, they gave me three different drinks (Ribena Capri sun and a bottle of water) were very patient with me when I was ill and even were okay with me lying on the floor at one point!
