I had my nails done for the first time at the shop and was very happy with them. After a few days all the nail varnish started to crack and come away and most of them snapped of with in 2 weeks. I then rang and spoke to someone and they told me to come in to the shop and they would do them again free of charge, I went back to the shop and the make staff member started to be very nasty towards me saying that I was a liar! And that they would not do them again unless I brought all the nails that had snapped of in and they would stick them back on. Not very polite people and would not go back again !!

So happy with my daughters nails. She got a full set of acrylics and the staff were happy to show me how it's done and answer my questions. Excellent job at a good price, will be returning again soon.

Spent 2 hours 15 minutes getting my nails done today as I kept being left whilst they did other things! I've been going here for a long time and though the customer service is usually pretty poor this was just an absolute joke! Do not reccomend at all would have left 0 stars if i could

Don't make an appointment because they will still serve the people that haven't made an appointment over you and keep you waiting and waiting and waiting would I go back deffo NOT !!!
