On holiday in the area and needed my eyelashes sorted urgently (after drinking a bit too much I’d slept face down in the pillow meaning my extensions had come out!) I had 3D lashes on which she couldn’t do but did individual lashes! It’s ok to keep me going until I return home, but they are a bit clumpy and can feel them sticking. She spent more time on the eye that was fine than the one that was missing most of the lashes, so I look a bit lopsided still. But again - it’ll do until I get home! Very professional and polite staff. We booked some treatments as a treat for our trip to Ambleside, but then unfortunately our daughter fell ill and we called as soon as we understood there was no chance we could go to the lakes to cancel the booking and kindly asked if we could have a refund as unfortunately we would have not been able to make use of a voucher. The name suggests it all, this really is a 'Hidden beauty'! This was my first visit to the salon and I was so impressed from the minute I stepped foot inside. Very welcoming and the building itself which is below pavement level is quirky and adorable I felt relaxed straight away. Jill was my beautician for my eyebrow treatment and she was both very friendly and professional. I will most definitely be back to sample other treatments and I already have my eye on their fabulous makeup range! Read Less
