I've going here since April 2015!! Over 3 years!! I use to love it! Everyone was always so sweet and always did an amazing job on my nails, I left the salon I always went too for this one because they were that good for me to leave the nail tech I always went too..... recently I'm not thrilled and the customer service isn't how it use to be, my nails constantly chip right after getting them done and sometimes my acrylics are crooked, I loved the way they use to do my eyebrows also, but recently went to get them done and the girl threw clumps of wax on my skin and it almost in the hair on my head and expect to get a good tip when they do that & didn't even put aloe on like I asked ... rude and unprofessional is an understatement.... totally going and looking for a new nail salon to go too! I was looking for a new nail salon and I decided to try this place out. Horrible experience. My friend and I walked in and they looked busy, so I asked if we should come back a little later and they said no. After waiting 20min, someone finally took me. I asked for a refill and the lady spent probably only 10-15min on my nails. I have been getting my nails done for years and I can tell when someone skips steps and rushes my nails. On top of all of that, when my nails were done and dried, no one had started on my friend's nails yet. I still tipped the lady who did my nails well because I have worked in the service industry and I know how crucial good tips are; however, I wanted to warn potential customers of my experience. I recently moved to the area and a friend introduced me to your salon 2 weeks ago. I came back alone today and was welcomed as if I've always been a client. I can tell you that's how it will be from now on! Thank you for the amazing service and fun atmosphere... the gel mani and spa pedi are out of this world and I love the lotion so much I bought a bottle for home! I'd love to give more than 5 stars!
