I used to love naio, still do like their products but they seem to be concentrating more on posting videos on YouTube everyday than stocking up thier site! Constantly sold out, I’ve been checking for some products for months and they’re never in stock, it’s pointless buying one product to then buy another another day as the delivery is £5 so you ideally want to buy them all at once, not possible though always sold out. I totally love Kirsty. I think she is the best nail artist and tutor. Her videos are a huge help and learning. The way she is with Adam and clients make the videos really fun too. And Adams talent with the camera is awesome - brilliant clear videos. ... My only snipes are about the naio Web site.. I ordered just a few tiny nail charms but was charged £4-99 for postage.. Way too much for what I ordered. And there was no PayPal payment option - I had to do the whole entering credit card details etc. Would be nice if Naio look at me two wee points and charge more appropriate postage for items, especially small orders. I love the gel polishes and gem stones, etc. But I'm really struggling with the gold chrome polish. Most if my nails are fine after redoing 1 or 2. I notice that with mire than 1 coat or too much heat or a wipe off top coat or a no wipe top coat....... or to be honest I don't really know why or how, but the colour separates. It goes orange. Kind of like how oil rises in a frying pan of beef. I see the gold under the orange....... any suggestions?? Read Less

First time user of Naio Nails and I do love the products and delivery was super quick. The problem is there is never anything in stock and when asked about when they’ll be back in they simply don’t know, which is not great. I like to get a fair bit of stock otherwise you’re paying more and more for postage so I’ve been holding on before I ordered but it looks like I’ll have to shop elsewhere. Get some stock in guys! I give up! Nothing is ever in stock, deliveries are never delivered on time! (Or chucked over my locked gate) Customer service is useless! Used Naio for nearly 5 years, no problems with the acrylic products I love them but it’s becoming and absolutely nightmare to deal with your company! Hopefully in the future you sort it all out but for now I’m going to try elsewhere, and sadly no longer recommend Naio. Read Less

Just ordered some forms and thought I’d throw in a glitter pot as a little ‘stocking filler’ OMG I have NEVER worked with or seen any other nail tech work with glitter like this before. Never seen it. I can’t believe how soft and floaty and pigmented and absolutely amazing it is. I keep dipping my finger in it. I told me friend it’s a little pot of love Honestly.
