Expensive gel nails, 65 in total. The nail tech was super nice and knew what she was doing loved her. 2nd time around I had to cancel my appt since I had a medical emergency with my child. the receptionist was more interested in telling me to give more of a notice to fill the spot. Needless to say she could use more customer service training.

I had a horrible experience at this salon. Poor quality work and the receptionist was rude when I called to voice my disappointment. She over talked me and then hung up the phone on me. The customer service was abominable. I have never experienced this type of horrible customer service.

I will never go anywhere else again!! 2.5 weeks later and the only indication that my nails weren't done yesterday is the gap where they grew. They still look flawless!! She did my eyebrows perfect, too. The atmosphere is really nice, too.

I had a horrible experience at this salon. Poor quality work and the receptionist was rude when I called to voice my disappointment. She over talked me and then hung up the phone on me. The customer service was abominable. I have never experienced this type of horrible customer service.
