It's not even a pedicure. More like dunk your feet in water. File the nails jagged. Rub lotion on and wash it off. The polish is old n lumpy. Not relaxing. Uncomfortable when they talk to each other in their language and ignore the customer. Read Less

I scheduled 3 pedicures. When we got there I asked what pedicure options they offered. I was told to sit in the pedicure chair with no answer to my question. From there it just kept getting worse! They did not put callus remover on my feet, nor did they even scrub where I have calluses. They don't use a foot scrub either. They did a half way job at filing the toe nails, so they are jagged. After rubbing lotion on our wet feet and legs they put them back in the water and rinse...d the lotion off!!!! I have polish on my skin, and the polish that is on my nails is horrible!!! So, now I am left to scrub my own calluses, put lotion on my now super dry feet, and re-polish my own toes!!! So, what did I spend $70 on????? And, the girls there spoke amongst themselves in their own language and laughing and pointing and making faces, which made us all very uncomfortable!!!! By the way I am a licensed nail technician, so I know how this all should have been done! I just thought it would be nice to be the client for a change. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!! Pictures in comments. will never ever go to this place ever again. They are horrible at acrylics and I have the worst pedicure I have ever received in my life. They don't take direction well and are very rude and unprofessional. I do not recommend this place to anyone. LA nails is still my favorite in Fort Collins by far that I have tried. Read Less
