Came three weeks ago and initially liked the place, come back later on 12/22/17 and was publically berated by the OWNER. After asking a simple question “how many people are in front of me,” the owner responded “honey you’re good just go sit down, you’ll get called” so my friend continued to say “ok, but like how much time?” And she avoided the answer, so to try to understand an estimate of how much time she was talking about my friend attempted to ask again. She cut her off a...nd said like “one or two hours, if you stay you stay if not leave” and so my friend responded with “there’s no need for attitude” so she replied that she wasn’t giving attitude but was getting loud with her and began to make a scene in front of her clients and her employees. Absolutely unprofessional and disrespectful. Complete embarrassment and terrible for the poor staff to lose customers. She wasn’t here the first time around, but won’t be coming back after this. I only gave them one star because of the fabulous job the nail tech did but in terms of customer service, this place is garbage. I found out about it through Groupon. A gel manicure and pedicure was $25 and it was in a nice location and looked really cute so I bought one for myself and my sister so we could have our nails done for the holidays. When we got there the owner, Gaby, couldn't find my sister's Groupon in the system. I had to walk back to the car to get it. As you c...an imagine, it was packed because of Groupon and the holidays. I didn't make an appointment because when I called the day before, I was told to come in as a walk in. Well needless to say we got here at about noon and it is now 5 pm and I am finally getting my pedicure. My sister and I have been waiting for 5 hours when we were told it would be a 2 hour max wait. When they finally sat my sister down for her manicure, they moved her twice and made her wait because an appointment showed up and apparently those take precedence over people with a Groupon since I guess they are paying more. The owner and her husband seem to be typical Miami Santeros and have a bad attitude. The place is packed and there is too much commotion. People came in to sell flowers and shoes and the owner jumped all over it, as is typical for Miami. They absolutely do not know how to run a business. I found a groupon for this place and called immediately asking if they have a nail tech who might be able to communicate a little with me in English. The lady said no. I really would of loved to go. Unfortunately it was always a bad experience when there is no way to communicate with the tech’s. It’s always a good idea to have someone there who knows a few words. Let me know when things change. Yes yes found this on Groupon and didn't realize it was in Miami I live in ft Lauderdale. It was my friends birthday so we made a day of it. Omg I found this place on groupon but it is definitely a plus. Advice book an appointment it's much faster but I now understand why it's so packed. The service is wonderful and all the ladies are so nice and great at their job. This is now my go to place for sure. Read Less
