I use Auton Style for all hair and beauty appointments for myself and also the barber for my son's hair appointments. Every visit has been spot on. The staff are all very friendly and are excellent at what they do. There is a great atmosphere and I really like the way it has been decorated. I often use the online booking system which I find really useful. I also like that you get text reminders when your hair appointments are due and also a couple of days before each booked appointment. I have been to a lot of salons and this one is the best of the best. You feel at ease as soon as you walk in thanks to the warm, friendly and professional staff. I think one of the things that makes this salon stand out is the extremely high standards that they hold themselves to. They really go above and beyond to give you the best treatments they possibly can. Emma in particular is a perfectionist in the best way possible and looks at the little details which a lot of other... salons and therapists would miss which just makes you feel like she is really putting 110% into your treatment and cares about what she does. Wow! What can I say I had a keratin blow dry with Zoe on Saturday and I’ll admit I was sceptical all sounded too good to be true but my hair is pretty damaged and I was making things worse using my straighteners all the time but found myself in a vicious circle I didn’t know what to do, until a friend recommended going to see Zoe. OMG it’s totally amazing! I’ve washed my hair this morning and it took literally 5 mins to dry and its perfectly straight no need for straighteners. Had my sons first hair cut today and I have to say I will 100% be going back, such lovely staff and a lovely welcome into the salon. Charlotte was so good with Joshua and thank you so much I absolutely love his hair! I was so nervous about getting it cut but as soon as I sat in the chair they made me feel so relaxed and comfortable.
