Went to inails express Darlington last Wednesday and already 4 of my acrylic nails have snapped off , no nail expert like but feel like they should stay on longer than 4 days ;) also basicallly had a fight with me fingers felt like they were getting sawn off, im all for pain is beauty but now im just left with looking like ive had a scrap with some charva with these broken nails. This place is good if you fancy your nails done cheaply. I was happy with my gels and they lasted ages. However, the second time I went, I was waiting for about an hour after shaping to get nails painted. Very bad set-up, lots of shaping stations and huge queue for painting. Also, if you're wanting a good chit chat and gossip whilst getting then done, go elsewhere. This place is very much get the job done and little customer service. Read Less

Went in yesterday and asked for my acrylics to be taken off. Which X2 ladies were impressed by and asked where I got them done from, I was honest and said next door ‘y not nails’. She then said usually she gets customers in who complain about next door and the quality of acrylics and shes surprised how good mine are because usually its all over skin and not nice. I thought this was out of order to start off with, you do not gossip about another ladies business in order to create business for yourself. The technician also rushed the service and my nails turned out chapped and you could tell where the acrylics were placed previously, The actual top coat was also gloopy like wall paper paste so when dried on top of normal paint it created little air bubbles like little particles all over my nails. Walked in and was directed to a seat where they filed my nails, asked for them just to be painted, not gels or anything fancy as I needed to take it off within a week. Was directed to colour choice then to join a queue. 40 mins I sat waiting and was still 3 people off, and I had to leave as needed to go back to work. Giving you an idea of wait times would have been nice. AND they tried to charge me the full £5 when I'd only had them filed, another staff member made her change it to £3 which I wasn't happy with but didn't have time to dispute it. £1-2 would have been sufficient for something I could have done myself whilst waiting! Totally unorganised! About 16 seats for shaping etc. then only 4 people actually painting. Won't be going back even if it was an off day for them they didn't handle it very well. Read Less
