I went in for a manicure and pedicure. 1st they forgot to turn massage chair on I had to ask. When she got to paint my nails she had to turn it off which is fair enough but once she was done and start...
I went in for a manicure and pedicure. 1st they forgot to turn massage chair on I had to ask. When she got to paint my nails she had to turn it off which is fair enough but once she was done and started my pedicure she forgot again. I have clear top coat all over my fingers and toes. I was 1st in when they opened and as soon as it started to get busy you could tell the girl attending me started to rush on my manicure and pedicure. She also forgot to use the razor to get the dead skin off my heels that i so badly needed Not happy! Pics in comments.

I had to go in today and show them my nails (which had oddly changed colour a day after I had them done (shellac) - have never had that happen before!!) and they were instantly just happy to help and ...
I had to go in today and show them my nails (which had oddly changed colour a day after I had them done (shellac) - have never had that happen before!!) and they were instantly just happy to help and re-do them for me, free of charge. Very happy with my pretty pink nails! thank you!

I'm so unhappy with the service I received from here. I have gone to them on numerous occasions and tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but every time there is consistently something wrong wit...
I'm so unhappy with the service I received from here. I have gone to them on numerous occasions and tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but every time there is consistently something wrong with my nails. The filing and shape is always inconsistent. The length of my nails is always inconsistent with some being longer than others. My acrylics are either much too thick or grinded back to be much too thin. I went there today wanting a simple colour change, and what I got ...was my round shape ruined and they grinded/buffed my acrylics down to almost nothing left. I now have to go elsewhere and get my nails cut back and tips put on and acrylic completely redone to try and fix what they ruined. My nail polish was applied much too thick - 3 coats plus 2 top coats - and the matte topcoat turned out streaky and lumpy. I have messaged them privately with no response so decided to leave a review so nobody else makes my mistake! See More

I've been a few times to have lashes, brows, mani and pedi done for special occasions. I've been really pleased with the results. I often find it hard to get an apppintment - they must be very busy!

Booked Lash Perfect appointment. On arrival asked for a fine, natural look, as I had an interview. Ended up looking like a character from Clockwork Orange...areas of lashes clumped together!! Worst ...
Booked Lash Perfect appointment. On arrival asked for a fine, natural look, as I had an interview. Ended up looking like a character from Clockwork Orange...areas of lashes clumped together!! Worst of all, within 8 hours, my own lashes had been pulled out with the weight of the clumps. Look hideous and confidence at rock bottom...not good when going for said interview!!

When she got to paint my nails she had to turn it off which is fair enough but once she was done and started my pedicure she forgot again. I have clear top coat all over my fingers and toes. I was 1st in when they opened and as soon as it started to get busy you could tell the girl attending me started to rush on my manicure and pedicure. I'm so unhappy with the service I received from here. I have gone to them on numerous occasions and tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but every time there is consistently something wrong with my nails. The filing and shape is always inconsistent. The length of my nails is always inconsistent with some being longer than others. Worst of all, within 8 hours, my own lashes had been pulled out with the weight of the clumps. Look hideous and confidence at rock bottom...not good when going for said interview!!
