So, I can whole heartedly say that without a doubt this is the best nail spa in Orlando! I’ve been coming here for over 5 years and each year just keeps getting better. From their attention to detail, to their uncanny ability to create lasting relationships with their clients, I’ll never choose another place! And to be honest, I come in with crazy nail designs I see all over the internet! Not once do they bat an eye or shoo me away! Tyna and John, the owners are always willing to go above and beyond with their business and it’s shows! Obsessed with this place! I always leave feeling like a queen

I have been going to Metrowest Nails & Spa since they opened. Tyna and John are always sure you had a good experience and keep the salon in great shape! I would not consider going anywhere else!

I've been coming here for years. Love everything they do. Always going above and beyond to make sure I get exactly what I want. It also always amazes me how they always have the new and advanced techniques being used. Even after moving almost 45 minutes away I still make the drive to come get my nails done here. It is absolutely worth it. Thank you for the great customer service.

I’ve been going to this spa for three years and it used to be SUPER SUPER AMAZING but now the customer service has gone absolutely DOWN HILL. It’s a shame because the owners are really super nice and you can tell they work hard to make sure their business is up to par - BUT UNFORTUNATELY, their techs have become lazy and even turning down money. I guess that happens when the boss isn’t around. just PURE LAZINESS. But that’s okay - I’ll take my money else where where it’s happily wanted and where they eagerly want to help you and actually speak to you. I’m so Disappointed in them. I hope they resolve that customer service issue. BUT I Can’t wait to find a new place!!!

I have been going to this nail place for 3 years and over the past year, the service has gone down hill. I walked in for a Mani /pedi today and was told the wait was an hour. I left and came back an hour later. It was busy, as usual, I waited a few minutes upon my rearrange and was put in a pedi chair with the warm water running. 40 minutes later, 2 other people were taken before I was. The water was cold, noone checked on me. I walked out. Noone said anything to me as I walk...ed out either. And the last time I got a Mani/pedi, it was rushed and didn't have the second quality as most of my previous experiences. The Polish could have had another coat because it was thinking. Also, noone looks professionally dressed anymore. The nail tech wear sweat pants and talk on their phones while working on other people's nails. It was a bad experience and, to top it all off, the bathroom was really dirty. See More

I use this salon on a regular basis for nails, brows, tans, in fact everything. All the girls are fabulous at what they do. They're all so professional and so friendly, its that pleasant im sure me and my sister book extra appointments just to go for the crack. Had a pamper day with afternoon tea yesterday which was an amazing experience. So relaxing and such a happy atmosphere. Nothing is too much trouble for the girls. Thank you all for a lovely day xx

I've been coming here for years. Love everything they do. Always going above and beyond to make sure I get exactly what I want. It also always amazes me how they always have the new and advanced techniques being used. Even after moving almost 45 minutes away I still make the drive to come get my nails done here. It’s a shame because the owners are really super nice and you can tell they work hard to make sure their business is up to par - BUT UNFORTUNATELY, their techs have become lazy and even turning down money.
