I was so disappointed with the service and the way my nails turned out! I went yesterday to get my nails done! This was the worse nail shop I have been too! The pedicure was ok but was not provided with the service on the list for the pedicure. I asked the man to do an hombre nail and instead of saying he didn't know how to do it he was about to send me off with my nails looking like they were painted by a 2 year old! He spend 2 hours on my nails and I still didn't get what ...I wanted! I told him several times I could pick something else but insisted he could do it! My nails are thick and uneven. The shape makes my nails look deformed! There was paint all over my fingers. He cut up my skin on my finger tips with the drill. Even though he knew he messed up he still charged me full price and accepted the tip. I could not believe that he actually thought I was going to be ok with the nails looking like I chipped off the paint which he so called the hombre look! I even showed him the picture of what they are suppose to look like! There were other ladies there complaining about the way their nails looked. I should have just walked away when he tried to send me off with piece of shit looking nails but I tried to give him a fighting chance to redeem himself! No such luck! I will never go back!!!!!! Normally I have no issue with this place however two weeks ago I went and the Nail Tech did not do my nails correctly. I even asked for another nail tech and they told me that it would look better when he finished. Two of my nails are uneven at the top, I had him fix another nail that he made skinnier than the other one. I told him if it was not done correctly that I would not pay for my nails. Once the guy heard that he got irritated. It was just horrible. I ended up paying, and as I was doing that the ladies came up to me and asked me if I liked my nails "I said no, when I ask for someone else to do my nails, I would like to be accommodated." (The other nail tech's were not busy and yes they do know how to do nails). They replied with "they will be better next time"... "I replied with, there will not be a next time!

First and last time I'll be going here. I saw the bad reviews and still decided to give this place a chance. I should've listened. I was getting my pedicure done and they switched out with someone else. The man who did my pedicure was "cutting my ingrown/cuticles" and some how ended up cutting skin from my toe. My toe would not stop bleeding for I want today 30 minutes. I didn't let him put polish because it would just irritate the cut even more. I understand accident happen ...but when something like that does happen, the people usually put some type of ointment to help it not burn as much or whatever. This guy just added alcohol to the cut which burned so much more. Then the lady who was doing my nails was also cutting my skin. Those cuts didn't bleed but they definitely hurt. Some nails are also different lengths. I feel like the don't care about the customers or that they don't pay attention to what they're doing. Like I said, I understand accidents happen but this was too much. Especially in one sitting. At the end, I was still charged the full price. I don't mind paying if I was satisfied with everything but the attention that I got was definitely not worth it. They didn't offer a discount or anything. This has literally been the worst place I've been too and I'm not even picky with where I get my nails done. Definitely don't recommend. See More

First time I went there was the day before my son's wedding. There were about 11 of us, we called before hand and they were supposed to be ready for us, they weren't. We were there for about 2 1/2 hours. However, they did a great job on our hands and feet and were very nice. My mom and I went back on Wednesday for the 1 hour foot massage and it was wonderful!!! Great place, but I would follow up to make sure they understand your timeline if you have a big party coming in.

The environment was relaxing and nice lady's but this is my second time going and the second time I've gotten an infection in my toe, and the first time I had to go back cause my nails were rushed and not filed correctly. Not worth my money.

I went for the first time last week...I loved it! The service qas great and my toes and nails are on point. Loved it! Tracy is the manager and is super friendly and fast at her job but does great job....

I've been looking for a nail salon that can do exactly what I want & this place is it! I've gone in for nails, pedicure & eyelash extensions & I've loved Tracy's work each time! The environment is very calm & relaxing & customer service is great. It's a little on the expensive side but worth the money. Definitely becoming a regular at this place. :)

I was so disappointed with the service and the way my nails turned out! I went yesterday to get my nails done! This was the worse nail shop I have been too! The pedicure was ok but was not provided with the service on the list for the pedicure. I asked the man to do an hombre nail and instead of saying he didn't know how to do it he was about to send me off with my nails looking like they were painted by a 2 year old! He spend 2 hours on my nails and I still didn't get what ...I wanted! I told him several times I could pick something else but insisted he could do it! My nails are thick and uneven. Normally I have no issue with this place however two weeks ago I went and the Nail Tech did not do my nails correctly. I even asked for another nail tech and they told me that it would look better when he finished. Two of my nails are uneven at the top, I had him fix another nail that he made skinnier than the other one. I told him if it was not done correctly that I would not pay for my nails. First and last time I'll be going here. I saw the bad reviews and still decided to give this place a chance. I should've listened. I was getting my pedicure done and they switched out with someone else. The man who did my pedicure was "cutting my ingrown/cuticles" and some how ended up cutting skin from my toe. First time I went there was the day before my son's wedding. There were about 11 of us, we called before hand and they were supposed to be ready for us, they weren't. We were there for about 2 1/2 hours. However, they did a great job on our hands and feet and were very nice. My mom and I went back on Wednesday for the 1 hour foot massage and it was wonderful!!! Great place, but I would follow up to make sure they understand your timeline if you have a big party coming in.

I've been looking for a nail salon that can do exactly what I want & this place is it! I've gone in for nails, pedicure & eyelash extensions & I've loved Tracy's work each time!
