I have been going here a while only getting my feet done. I started getting my nails done about two mo the ago and and it was ok till I got this new set a week ago exactly 7 days ago to be precise. And 3 pop off like they were just sitting there....so I call them they say come up there they will fix them so I do and as soon as I get home another one on my other hand pops off I mean are u kidding me....time for a new nail place. After going to south shore nails near my home and not being to happy the last couple of times I thought I would try VIP nails I went the first time a couple of weeks ago and got cut and when I told her she wouldn't listen then I went yesterday to give it one more try the nails are OK but that lady cut me pretty bad with the nail file I was bleeding pretty good also the lady next to me got cut twice I don't know why this is happening other then they are into a big hurry but I paid 45 dollars for OK nails and getting cut so I will not go back and wouldn't recommend! My daughter and I went there to get our nails done all the staff there were so nice they did a great job on our fingernails.. we were very satisfied and the glass of wine put the finishing touch on our mother and daughter outing.. thank you for great service.. we will be back! Read Less

I went in on Saturday afternoon the 9th to get my nails done and fix the ones that had cracked on the cruise the week prior. Which they had done them prior. So I thought I would try one more time and went in $60.00 later(what they consider a new set changing the powder on my own nails and adding one tip for the one that broke completely) Sunday evening one cracked. I managed to keep it from breaking till I was able to get there on Wednesday. So of course they said it was something I did, she put glue on it and put powder over it and said it will be fine. Well on Saturday the nail broke off completely when I was reaching for something and started bleeding. So I will not be going back there again. Read Less

Please please go somewhere else... this business needs to be punished for there continue abuse of their customers...appointments are not honored and they physically are hurting customers by not having technicians who are adequately trained.... if you don't leave there bleeding or burning the first time... feel blessed because I can guarantee it will happen...I have spoke with too many people who have patronized the business and have nightmare stories to tell... Steven did my pedicure. He did the best massage I ever had on my feet and legs. It was not the usual feather touch massage which I dislike; he knew how to get into those tight muscles and I felt very invigorated. Eric did my nails and was very good. I've been going to the salon for about 2 years now. One of my old neighbors recommended it to me. I love the treatment and service. The prices are right in line with what everybody else charges. They have your mimosas or your soda or your water to drink while you're having your services done. I use Ruby and she is wonderful. Very sweet. 4 of us wanted pedicures Sunday at noon so we messaged them Saturday morning. Got a quick response back and they booked our appointments. We normally go to another nail salon closer to us but needed it done Sunday and the other place was closed. We arrived and were attended to right away. Mary did my pedicure and asked often if I was ok, which I was. She did a great job on the service and the polish. My mom, sister, and niece were with me and all had great service too. We were all offered drinks during the appointment. They also polished my 3-year-old great nieces' toenails. Glad we were able to get in today and will keep VIP in mind for next time! Read Less
