Was fitted in last week at short notice which was very much appreciated. This was my first appointment at the Nail Room and I will be back soon for definite! I got a gel polish with Lauren who was both friendly and professional and my nails look as good now as they did as soon as they were finished-I've previously had chips and peeling within a day or a few days when I've had them done elsewhere. i have used them for years. but yesterday was the last time. not only did they leave ua sitting there they forgot about my grandmother then as shes gwtting her toes done a brick fall off the wall and almost hit her in the head. never again. i spent over 70 my grandmother apent 90 there was a few of us there and none of us r happy. not for that kinda money Read Less

I love this place. Tim is the best tech I've ever had. I don't even choose what I'm getting I trust him that much I come in I sit down I relax and I leave with the awesome set of nails. This is the best nails salon in crosby. Pedicure was sooooo relaxing & much needed. & for my nails I got a full set, pink and white & they are absolutely gorgeous!!
