Rude nail techs who act like they’re Hollywood level. One girl (idk her name) but she kept getting annoyed & rolling her eyes when I asked her to redo the feather design on my thumb. I don’t think it’s that hard to draw a CURVED black line with little black lines sticking out from the sides. She kept drawing a straight black line which made it look like a black caterpillar. Never went back after that day. I even told the manager/owner or whoever else how she was being rude about me asking her to redo the design and she didn’t even apologize about it.

This place is the best nail shop in Houston. I look forward to my appointment every 2 weeks. Their nail designs are top notch!!! The only way to get in is appointments but you never have to wait when you get there. Paula is my girl, I'm at the point is it and tell her to work her magic!!! ( and I'm VERY picky about my nails and she never disappoints) Claudia is also great with beautiful designs.

I have been getting my nails done with extensions and nail art for about 11 years now and in that time have only stayed with 3 separate nail techs. Orla and her team are by far the best - for their professionalism, atmosphere, offers and quality of work. The sunbeds are great and in the back room is also another business where you can get fit - Good Vibrations (Spin and Vibro Fitness). The salon also has an excellent make-up artist, Sarah McCullough. Orla is a Crystal Nails tutor and distributor as well as a nail tech. There are 2 sunbeds, one of which is a maxi-twist collaten bed - 115 mins for £35. Creams and lotions for the beds are sold in-store. Always a friendly and down to earth welcome.

My nail tech was Claudia, very professional and informative. I have sensitive skin and she was very careful not to scraping or tearing it. I usually have a hard time with techs but this was a definite click right away! Her attention to detail is incredible! Will definitely be returning to this small hidden gem!

Rude nail techs who act like they’re Hollywood level. One girl (idk her name) but she kept getting annoyed & rolling her eyes when I asked her to redo the feather design on my thumb. I don’t think it’s that hard to draw a CURVED black line with little black lines sticking out from the sides. She kept drawing a straight black line which made it look like a black caterpillar. Orla and her team are by far the best - for their professionalism, atmosphere, offers and quality of work.
