Had my nails done today with Ellen, happy an friendly girl we had a great chat, brilliant at her job and my nails are fantastic I love them, and Ellen done my daughter finger nails all glitter and she loves them. Amy Mcgookin done 2 of my daughter's nails they love them, Amy also is a happy friendly girl, Amy also done Ella's toe nails all glittery she loves them an enjoyed relaxing on the bed, both girls are fantastic at their job definately will return.

Natasha did my hair for a wedding and it was great. My makeup however was awful. It was redone 3 times and in the end I asked for a refund and went home and did it myself. Patchy, brush marks and my eyebrows were awful. Sent a picture to my friend and she said I looked dead. Definitely would not recommend for makeup

Today(18th April 2018) I booked an appointment here to get my makeup done for a formal event.
Ellen, who was my makeup artist was amazing, I love the look that had at then end. It was also very easy and relaxing for me, which is not a common thing for me to experience, as as MTF trans woman Ellen made me feel very conformable and was very professional, even when my voice cracked at times.
All the staff at Urban Beauty are very welcoming and lovely, will definitely be calling again.

Today(18th April 2018) I booked an appointment here to get my makeup done for a formal event.
Ellen, who was my makeup artist was amazing, I love the look that had at then end. It was also very easy and relaxing for me, which is not a common thing for me to experience, as as MTF trans woman Ellen made me feel very conformable and was very professional, even when my voice cracked at times.

I received a phone call on 19/10/17 to tell me there was an offer on my usual package. I got booked in for the 21/10/17. The girl, Amy, was fantastic. We had a good chat and I thought it was great. When paying for the service, I was told that I could book in again for a massage later that day, I booked in. I’m a heavy girl and felt so at ease when Amy did my massage. She was lovely and really professional. I’ve booked in for further treatments and look forward to seeing them all again! Thank you x

Natasha did my hair for a wedding and it was great. My makeup however was awful. It was redone 3 times and in the end I asked for a refund and went home and did it myself. Patchy, brush marks and my eyebrows were awful. Sent a picture to my friend and she said I looked dead. Definitely would not recommend for makeup
