Been in this nail spa today to try since I’m new to the area and looking a place to do my nail.a guy does my nail and I am really really disappointed I don’t know if he understands me or not I don’t want to embarrassed him in front of other customers since I’m not that kind of customer but looking at my nail after, wanna make me cry the white powder I had before he do it is I can still see it..I know I choose a nude color for new one powder but the white one is still really... visible it’s because he didn’t take off the white one first before he put the new one and the powder he aply in my nail is so bulky not like the normal I got from deferent nail spa I ask him if he will make it a bit thinner he said yes I ask couple of times but he did it so light so end up still so thick...He messed up couple of times putting on the powder like he needs to take it off all and aply again...I feel bad for him coz maybe he don’t usually do nails but I’m so disappointed thank god to the 2 lady I don’t know their names but they take over when I’m about to stand to pay..maybe they noticed that the work of the guy is not good so First Lady look at my nail and I sure she see Wht is wrong ..I told her that’s ok since I don’t really want to embarrassed the guy but she insist she will redo it so I sit down and she started to do it all over as in start from the start..thank god I’m not in hurry..so after she take it all off another girl came and do the powder same color as I want and it’s turn out really good and I love it..she does it so fast and perfect..thank you 2 ladies..but I don’t think if I will come back again in this nail spa I like the service that 2girls but I don’t want that happened again to me it took me almost 2hours therejust for hands.. The girl barely scrubbed my heels, after 2 days I need them done again, then I asked for big toe design and its soo busy you cant tell what it is. I will not be going here again.

I am totally in love with my nails came down here to visit my mom and they did a fantastic job Taylor and Hannah Are the sweets and Steven was a character i most definite can’t wait to come back

Walked in a day ago but left within a short period of time since no one ever waited on me but left me sitting in their waiting area. The limited interaction I had with one of the ladies was initiated ...
Walked in a day ago but left within a short period of time since no one ever waited on me but left me sitting in their waiting area. The limited interaction I had with one of the ladies was initiated by me. So I can't rate the quality of their service but instead I rate the behaviors I saw and experienced from the staff...very poor!

I love the location, the spirit of the staff and the friendliness. I like to go on a weekday early afternoon since I'm retired and take my time. Have been going here for 3 years now and LOVE it.

I used to go here a while back and honestly don't know why I left. Everyone is SO nice and it is very VERY clean. I needed a refill a few weeks ago and stopped at a new place off Grant and was VERy disappointed. I got ingrown nails on my toes and my hands are already beginning to lift. A problem I NEVER have here. Will not go anywhere else. They are the sweetest and very professional.

I love this place!! Hanna is the best ever!! I moved and even if I have to drive an hour to come here I will do it cause they are the best Nail salon I have ever found!

I used to go here all of the time, people were great and my nails always looked amazing. I went about 9 months ago and got an infection in my toe and swore I would never go back! While out running err...
I used to go here all of the time, people were great and my nails always looked amazing. I went about 9 months ago and got an infection in my toe and swore I would never go back! While out running errands the other day I was running out of time and was in the area so I decided to give them another shot... I got shellac on my nails (girls first time apparently doing it) and most of my nails are chipped already and look terrible!... 3 days later!!! They also charged me $10 for a SIMPLE POLISH CHANGE on my toes which LOOKS LIKE CRAP! All out of chances. I will not be back.

I needed a refill a few weeks ago and stopped at a new place off Grant and was VERy disappointed. I got ingrown nails on my toes and my hands are already beginning to lift. A problem I NEVER have here. Will not go anywhere else. They are the sweetest and very professional.
