If I could give 0 stars I would. The worst salon I have ever been too. The staff are clearly not qualified for the services they are charging for. I paid £30 for the nails pictured. Contacted the salon within 30 mins of leaving to say I wasn’t happy (was so awkward in the salon and had already paid a deposit) have never received a reply from them, an offer to sort them or a refund. Avoid!!!!!!!!

I got a Biosculpture Colour Overlay on my nails yesterday and I am so happy with the results. Victoria is such a lovely girl and is excellent at her job. Good prices and great selection of colours, glitters and jewels.

I have been going here with my mum since it opened but not anymore. Arrived in for my app to be told it had been cancelled the eve before by voice mail by Anita just as Anita made her way into the little room with another customer. Showed the beautician my calls & voice mail...no voice mail. My problem apart from the fact I was going on hols the next day was that Anita left a member of her staff to apologise for her choosing to speak through a crack in the door. Whatever happened to the app became irrelevant but leaving someone else to deal with the mix up was awful, embarrassing and disrespectful to her poor staff member.

Always feel so welcome when I visit here. Anita is so lovely and has never changed, have been going there since she had a little place upstairs above Eddies shoe shop and that's going back a few years. From massages, waxing and Sarah doing my nails so fabulously I can truly recommend Anita's to everyone!

If I could give 0 stars I would. The worst salon I have ever been too. The staff are clearly not qualified for the services they are charging for. I paid £30 for the nails pictured. I have been going here with my mum since it opened but not anymore.
