I've been going to Phoenix nails for a few months now and have always been happy with the service. However I went to them again and they were both rude and obnoxious about my nails! Andy walked out and both of them were arguing, they made the atmosphere really uncomfortable.

Went there with my 2 daughters as it was mine and one of there's birthday. Walked in without an appointment and was greeted and had our nails done. They are very professional and friendly. Would recommend to all my family and friends and am hopefully going to get a pedicure soon with my daughters.

Visited Newquay, whilst there I decided to get my nails done. Chose phoenix nails because they were extremely welcoming when I went into the salon. I have to say, I am more than delighted with my nails. The men were very professional and friendly. Outstanding service and they gave a lot of care and attention to quality and detail (plus great value for money). Would definitely recommend them!

Alison and holly are amazing at what they do!! Welcoming , friendly and super talented!! You wont see an electric file or drill on the premises, everything is done meticulously by hand and the results of their work speak for themselves!! you couldn't pay me to go to anyone else!! I started seeing alison now my mum, sister and several friends now also go here. Be warned though as they are very talented you need to book well in advance, its april and my appointments are done up to christmas!! Thanks girlies you are both immense!!

Love having my nails done here, so friendly they look great and I keep telling Alison her prices are really competitive I highly recommend them if you've not been, but don't expect to just walk In You...

I have to say, I am more than delighted with my nails. The men were very professional and friendly. Outstanding service and they gave a lot of care and attention to quality and detail (plus great value for money). Would definitely recommend them!
